Residents of Bilad al-Rus district in Sana'a governorate held on Wednesday an armed tribal rally under the slogan "March Forth, Light and Heavy," responding to a call by the leader Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi and declaring general mobilization and readiness in support of what participants described as restoring the full rights of the Yemeni people.

During the rally, Ali al-Qafri, Sana'a province undersecretary said the gathering reflected participants' readiness to confront the enemy forces and to expel Saudi and Emirati forces, as well as the United States and Israel, from Yemeni territory.

Fayez al-Hanami, the governorate's General Mobilization official, said the large turnout by tribes from Bilad al-Rus demonstrated their commitment to supporting all options in the confrontation and responding to leader Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi's call. He added that tribes across Sanaa Governorate were prepared to confront their opponents.

Bilad al-Rus District Director Saleh Naji also said residents were ready to confront the enemy and had authorized Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi to determine the appropriate course of action.

A statement issued at the rally welcomed the message delivered by Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi on the occasion of the Islamic New Year, reaffirming participants' stated positions toward what they described as the enemies of the nation and humanity, including Zionists and their supporters in Western countries. The statement also expressed solidarity with what it referred to as the "Axis of Resistance."

The statement declared a high level of readiness to respond to any escalation or developments involving Israel and the United States and reaffirmed official and public preparedness to end the conflict, occupation, and blockade so that the Yemeni people could achieve security, freedom, and independence.
