The former president of the Progressive Socialist Party in Lebanon, Walid Jumblatt, has criticized the framework agreement between the Lebanese authority and the Zionist enemy entity, rendering it a unilateral agreement imposed by "Israel" that does not halt the war.
Jumblatt stated that the agreement reflects a reality resulting from the management of the file by parties lacking the necessary legal expertise, adding that it was dictated by "Israel" to a Lebanese team possessing limited experience in law and diplomacy.
Earlier, the United States announced that a "framework agreement" had been reached between the "Lebanese authority" and the Zionist entity. The Prime Minister of the enemy entity, war criminal Benjamin Netanyahu, considered it an "achievement," noting the continuation of the occupation in southern Lebanon.
The Zionist "Channel 12" revealed that the agreement between the "Lebanese authority" and the Zionist enemy entity, which was published in full including on the US Department of State website, was accompanied by a security annex that remained classified as secret. The channel pointed out that the main reason behind not announcing its contents is due to an explicit request from the Lebanese government.
In parallel, this announcement was met with widespread rejection and angry protest movements witnessed across several Lebanese regions, alongside popular and political stances from prominent figures who declared their categorical rejection of this path.
