The Secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council, Mohammad Baqer Zolghadr, asserted on Friday that military attacks and aggressions targeting the infrastructure of the Islamic Republic of Iran will not go unpunished, declaring that they "will be met with inevitable revenge" by the armed forces.

Zolghadr emphasized the equations of deterrence and direct confrontation with the Israeli enemy entity and its allies in the region, stating decisively: "The criminal Israeli entity will not be safe from the response of the Iranian armed forces."

In a related context, the Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council sharply criticized the U.S. administration and its president, commenting that "the most hated personality in the world is angered by the grandeur of the historic epic displayed by the Iranian and Iraqi peoples."

On Thursday evening, Iranian lawmaker Ali Asghar Nakhaei Rad stated in an interview with Al Mayadeen that the United States does not possess the capacity to return to war, considering that Washington will back down if Iran responds firmly to the aggressions.

Nakhaei Rad stressed that if "Israel" commits a foolish act this time, the Iranian response will be even stronger, and the strikes will focus directly on the Zionist entity. He concluded by saying that in the event a war breaks out, it will witness a historic defeat for the enemies.

Iran has carried out extensive targeting of U.S. bases in the Gulf over the past two days in response to the United States' violation of the ceasefire agreement. Various regions within Iran were subjected to an American aggression described as the largest since the signing of the "Memorandum of Understanding" between the two sides. Iran had previously warned that any attack on its territory would be met with an immediate response on a wider scale—a warning translated over the past two days into a series of strikes that shook U.S. military bases in the region.
