Citing data it obtained, the American website "The War Horse" revealed that Iranian attacks have repeatedly caused head injuries among U.S. troops since the beginning of the war on Iran.

According to the website, at least 170 U.S. service members suffered head injuries from the start of the war until early April.

The casualties were distributed as follows: 64 cases in the Navy, 51 in the Air Force, and 19 among the U.S. Marines.

The website noted that on March 1st, an Iranian drone targeted the U.S. forces' operations center at the Port of Shuaiba in Kuwait, killing 6 U.S. military personnel in the deadliest attack of the war.

The attack also left a U.S. Army colonel with a concussion.

Additionally, the American network "ABC" previously reported that "the total number of casualties in the U.S. military during the Iran war reached 653, including 64 high-ranking officers."

In exercising its right to respond to ongoing U.S. aggression since February 28, Iran continues to target U.S. bases in the region.

In this context, Major General Ali Abdollahi, Commander of Iran's Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters, issued a warning stating: "We explicitly declare that Islamic nations must demonstrate foresight, monitor the crimes of the United States, and reconsider their cooperation and alignment with it. Otherwise, any state that makes itself a defensive shield for the criminal and aggressive United States will be consumed by the flames of war."
