The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants confirmed that the UN Security Council, which is supposed to respect the human rights of peoples and achieve justice, is the first to violate the charters and rights it advocates for.

In a statement, the ministry pointed out that in an unprecedented contradiction, the Security Council calls for maintaining Yemen's sovereignty and independence while taking measures that violate Yemen's sovereignty and confiscate the rights of its people.

It noted that Saudi money buys international compliments as usual and undermines the charters upon which those institutions were established.

The Foreign Ministry asked in the statement: "Does the Security Council know that Saudi warplanes have been violating Yemeni airspace since March 26, 2015, up until the targeting of Sana'a Airport on July 13, 2026?"

It stated that if this council were truly seeking to achieve international peace and security, its permanent members would not be the ones launching wars, occupying countries, and confiscating rights without returning to it.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs explained that the so-called Security Council has issued resolutions to protect the Palestinian people from the crimes of the Israeli enemy entity, yet it has been unable to enforce them from 1948 until today.

It added: "It is no surprise that the House of Saud confiscates the rights of the Yemeni people, for prior to this, they confiscated the identity and authenticity of the Arab Muslim people in the Land of the Two Holy Mosques."

It mentioned that Yemen understands the motives and premises behind such pre-paid statements, and therefore its trust is in Allah alone and it relies on its own capabilities to extract its full rights.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that the Saudi regime's attempt to mobilize its mercenaries here or issue a statement and form a coalition there will not protect it from accountability for the crimes it has committed against Yemen and continues to commit to this day.

It continued by asking: "Does occupying countries, looting their wealth, confiscating peoples' rights, and committing genocides align with UN charters?"

The ministry concluded the statement by affirming that through such positions and statements, the United Nations and its various institutions stand exposed before peoples demanding their legitimate rights.
