Saudi enemy proxies continued on Saturday to target populated areas with heavy weapons in the districts of Al-Taiziyah and Maqbana, leaving casualties and material damage.

A security source confirmed that Saudi enemy proxies targeted the Hazran area in Al-Taiziyah district with heavy weapons, seriously injuring a child and damaging several farms belonging to local residents.

The source added that Saudi enemy proxies opened fire on the Al-Abdalah area in Maqbana district, seriously injuring a civilian.

The source explained that the attack came just one day after Saudi enemy proxies committed three separate crimes in Taiz and Hodeida. One civilian was killed and another injured in the Wadi Al-Haseen area of Khadir district. 

An elderly man was also wounded in Al-Kuraifat village in Taiz’s Saber Al-Mawadim district. In addition, 60-year-old Abdullah Mohammed Khlouf and his daughter, Rahma, were killed, while his wife and one of his relatives sustained serious injuries after Saudi enemy proxies shelled their home in the rural areas of Al-Jarahi district, Hodeida Governorate.
