The Yemeni Armed Forces have executed a large-scale military operation targeting Saudi Aramco facilities in Abha, Najran, the Economic City, and Jizan, as well as the King Khalid Air Base in Khamis Mushait, using dozens of ballistic missiles and drones in precise and direct strikes that caused significant damage to the installations.
In a statement issued on Tuesday, the Armed Forces held the Saudi enemy fully responsible for the escalation, warning that "every aggression against our country and people will be met with a firm response."
They vowed to deliver "even more severe and wider strikes" against the "criminal Saudi enemy" if aggression continues.
The statement emphasized that "all Saudi enemy movements, attacks, and mobilizations will not intimidate our dear country nor will they weaken the resolve of our faithful, free, mujahid people. Rather, we will increase our determination to confront every aggression."
121 Airstrikes in Three Days
The Armed Forces noted that over the past three days, the Saudi enemy had launched 121 airstrikes against Yemeni provinces—Marib, Al-Bayda, Hodeidah, Taiz, and Al-Jawf—originating from King Khalid Air Base in Khamis Mushait and King Fahd Air Base in Taif.
Among the strikes was the "Al-Jawf massacre," which killed a large number of inmates at the central prison in Al-Hazm, including women and children visitors.
The massive strike on Saudi targets came "in response to this brutal aggression and in the framework of confronting comprehensive escalation with comprehensive escalation," the statement said.
The Armed Forces reaffirmed their commitment to continuing operations "into the Saudi depth," targeting Saudi mobilizations and upholding the equation of "siege for siege" until the aggression stops and the siege on Yemen is lifted.
The scale of the operation—targeting multiple Aramco facilities and a major air base—represents a significant escalation in Yemen's retaliatory operations against Saudi Arabia. The strikes on Abha, Najran, the Economic City, Jizan, and Khamis Mushait demonstrate expanded operational reach and the ability to coordinate strikes across multiple targets simultaneously.
The King Khalid Air Base in Khamis Mushait is a key Saudi military installation, and its targeting represents a direct challenge to Saudi air power. The strike on Aramco facilities targets the kingdom's economic lifeline, consistent with Yemen's strategy of imposing economic costs on Saudi Arabia.
The civilian casualties at Al-Jawf—including women and children—are evidence of Saudi criminality justifying the expanded military response.
