His Excellency Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat, President of the Supreme Political Council, issued a presidential amnesty for all those deceived into fighting on the West Coast fronts who lay down their arms and returned to their senses.
His Excellency the President directed the local authorities in the governorates of Al-Hodeidah and Taiz to make the necessary arrangements to implement the amnesty.
