Mohammed Ali Al-Houthi, a member of the Supreme Political Council, sent a congratulatory message to Revolution Leader Sayyed Abdul-Malik Badr Al-Din Al-Houthi on what he described as the major victory achieved in the battle dubbed “He Is Stronger in Might and More Severe in Punishment.”
The Supreme Political Council member congratulated the Revolution Leader, the armed forces and security forces, and the Yemeni people on what he described as this significant achievement and blessed victory, stressing that sovereignty is a right of the Yemeni people, whose legitimacy is derived from the Holy Quran.
“What has been achieved in the battle of ‘And He Is Stronger in Might and More Severe in Punishment’ is a blessing and a victory from Allah, and the culmination of patience, obedience to the leader, preparation, readiness, and jihad in the cause of Allah,” he said.
“The outcome of the battle represents the Yemeni people’s rightful achievement, the assertion of sovereignty, and the recovery and liberation of the occupied part of the homeland.”
He pointed out that this liberation forms part of the Revolution’s objective of “freedom and independence,” which its leader has repeatedly proclaimed in his speeches since the beginning of the aggression and occupation of Yemen.
The Supreme Political Council member also affirmed that all vessels would continue to be allowed to pass, with the exception of those that the armed forces have explicitly barred from passage, until the ban and blockade imposed on Yemen are lifted, along with the other demands set out in statements issued by the Ministry of Defense.
He further warned that any act of folly committed against Yemen would be met with a response, even if its repercussions were to extend globally. He noted that the region is “sitting on a powder keg,” adding that anyone who chooses to light the fire must bear the consequences.
He concluded by praying that God grant the Yemeni people relief and victory, stressing that victory comes only from Allah.
