Member of the Association of Yemeni Scholars, Sheikh Mohammed Allaw, called on the Saudi regime to stop insulting the people of Yemen, who fear none but Allah Almighty.

In a speech during the Yemeni Scholars’ Conference to refute the Saudi regime’s claims regarding the targeting of Mecca, may Allah protect it, Sheikh Allaw said: “What is both laughable and heartbreaking is to hear this rumor coming from those responsible for the Islamic holy sites, Mecca, may Allah honor it, with this absurd claim,” stressing that this is a false claim refuted by the truth, a claim fabricated, coordinated, and conspired over by the Jews and Christians.

He added that the American became enraged with the Al Saud regime when it initially brought together three Islamic countries, Pakistan and Turkey, and composed insults for it, making it travel throughout the world to fight the Yemenis and spend money, until this failed propaganda emerged from it, claiming that Yemen is targeting Mecca. “This is the statement of the people of hypocrisy and polytheism.”

Sheikh Allaw affirmed that the Two Holy Mosques are protected and preserved by the protection of Allah, and that this fabrication is refuted even by the ignorant, pointing out that everyone knows with certainty that the Yemenis are the people who historically ruled Mecca and were the supporters of the Noble Messenger in spreading the Islamic call and carrying out conquests throughout the world.

He continued, asking: “How can they justify saying that the people of Yemen are attacking Mecca, when they defended it and confronted the disbelievers, hypocrites, Jews, and Christians?”

He stressed that the Yemenis will remain, for as long as they live, defenders of Mecca and Medina, urging those who make claims against and distort the image of Yemen and the Yemenis to look at the millions-strong demonstrations of the Yemeni people in condemnation of the insult to the Holy Quran and to any of the Islamic holy sites.
