Yemen The Leader of the revolution, Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi has affirmed the legitimacy of the Yemeni people's defense against the Saudi enemy, stressing that Yemen is confronting Saudi occupation and its unjust siege to protect its people, honor, land, dignity, freedom, and independence—rooted in its faith-based identity, principles, values, and morals.

In a speech on the latest developments, the leader explained that the faith-based and moral values of the Yemeni people were clearly manifested in their combat performance against the aggression over 12 years.

He noted that the military operations carried out by the Yemeni Army deep inside Saudi territory focused primarily on military and air bases, in addition to targeting oil wealth as the funding source the Saudi enemy relies on for its aggression against our country—describing it as "the milking udder from which trillions of dollars go to America, Britain, and Western countries in exchange for weapons to kill our Muslim people and destroy the land of faith and wisdom."

Sayyed Abdulmalik drew a comparison between the results of the Yemeni Armed Forces' operations over twelve years of confronting the Saudi aggression and the Saudi enemy's crimes in Yemen, stressing that there is no comparison.

The Saudi enemy targeted everything in the country without any regard for sanctity, causing thousands of martyrs among women and children. It targeted all infrastructure—markets, schools, universities, hospitals—and even mosques, God's houses, had no sanctity for the Saudi enemy, destroying nearly two thousand mosques, including historic mosques deep in our country, despite their distance from battlefronts.

The leader addressed the Saudi enemy's criminality, which extended to the Blind Care Center in Sana'a, cemeteries, and everything. He noted that the aggression committed rape crimes against children and women in occupied governorates, and dealt with prisoners in a brutal, criminal manner, among many other crimes classified as horrific and heinous massacres by global consensus.

He stressed that Yemen possesses conclusive documents for all the massacres committed by the enemy, some of which international organizations and the United Nations have spoken about. The enemy made committing these crimes a permanent policy of its aggression on Yemen, aiming to subjugate Yemenis and confiscate their freedom and dignity.

Regarding the Saudi siege on Yemen, the leader affirmed that the Saudi enemy targeted the Yemeni people's livelihoods, imposing a suffocating siege for twelve years.

The problem of the siege is still present until this moment, through the Saudi enemy's insistence on closing airports and imposing unjust, false restrictions on incoming trade and imported goods.

He noted that the United Nations acknowledges these facts and knows through its delegates that the Saudi enemy employed starvation as a policy against the Yemeni people within its comprehensive aggression.

He noted that the Yemeni people suffer from the consequences of the economic siege and economic targeting policies in past phases, which brought them to the point of depending on external imports for most of their life requirements.

He revealed the people's suffering in obtaining medicines, especially cancer patients and chronic disease patients, with published statistics on this matter. The unjust siege deprived the people of benefiting from sovereign oil and gas wealth, and deprived employees in public institutions of salaries whose primary source was oil and gas revenues, as well as public services.

According to Sayyed Abdulmalik, the Yemeni people have suffered greatly from the siege and are enduring terrible suffering. The Saudi enemy insists on continuing the siege and harassing Yemenis.

Not content with the siege, it moved to escalation again, making deception and deceit a fundamental part of its aggression on Yemen, employing all its propaganda and media capabilities to that end.

Saudi Propaganda and the Mecca Lie

The leader addressed the Saudi enemy's efforts through false propaganda and horrific fabrications to justify its aggression and siege on the grieving Yemeni people, and its efforts to incite others and rally them against Yemen of Faith and Wisdom to form alliances to participate in its criminality against this people.

He considered the use of propaganda about targeting Mecca among the most heinous Saudi misleading propaganda, describing it as "ugly, heinous, and a great fabrication," relying on weak souls accustomed to picking up lies from it and issuing condemnations in light of them in exchange for certain economic and political gains.

He said: "The claim of targeting Mecca is a big, exposed, and uncovered lie that no rational person in the Islamic world can accept. Any Muslim who sincerely belongs to Islam, who respects their Islamic belonging, cannot accept it against Yemen of Faith—the Yemeni people of whom the Messenger of God (peace be upon him and his family) said: 'Faith is Yemeni, and wisdom is Yemeni.'"

The leader added: "The Saudi enemy promotes propaganda to compensate for its failure and defeats on the battlefield, and for international positions that have their calculations at this stage, aiming to find partners in its aggression on Yemen."

He pointed to direct American participation with the Saudi enemy, citing the presence of American military experts managing aggressive operations in Saudi Arabia against Yemen.

Sayyed Abdulmalik noted that British and Israeli experts participated with the Saudi enemy in the aggression on Yemen, yet the Saudi regime is not satisfied and wants others to enter a direct war at the international and regional level, and to cooperate with it in its aggression on our dear people in a direct and comprehensive war involving all international and regional parties.

The leader continued: "The problem is on its side. As for us, our enemy is clear, our priorities are clear, our positions are clear. But the Saudis did not leave us alone—they initiate aggression against us."

He explained that the Saudi enemy was intercepting drones during Yemen's support for Gaza in the Al-Aqsa Flood battle, and was opening its airports to Zionist reconnaissance aircraft to spy on us from close range. He noted that the Saudi enemy shared intelligence information with the Zionist enemy and participated with the Americans in their aggression on the country.

Sayyed Abdulmalik concluded that the correct solution lies in stopping the Saudi aggression on Yemen and ending the occupation and siege, as these are rightful demands. Addressing the world, he said: "These are our rightful demands, O world." He affirmed that the Yemeni people will not abandon their principled, faith-based, and moral positions of supporting the causes of the Islamic nation and its sanctities, foremost among them Mecca, Al-Aqsa, and all Islamic sanctities.
