Brigadier General Yahya Saree', spokesman for the armed forces, said that Saudi warplanes carried out 19 airstrikes over the past 24 hours, targeting the governorates of Taiz, Al-Jawf, and Marib, leaving civilians dead and wounded, including women and children.
In a statement, Brig. Gen. Saree said the 19 Saudi airstrikes were carried out by F-15 and Typhoon fighter jets that took off from the Khamis Mushait and Taif air bases.
He added that the total number of Saudi airstrikes and missile attacks since the escalation against Yemen began has reached 936.
The spokesman stressed that the massacres committed by the criminal Saudi enemy against the Yemeni people will, by God’s will and through His power, have grave consequences for Saudi Arabia.
