The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates affirmed that the Saudi regime’s escalating daily crimes in Yemen and its targeting of civilian infrastructure and citizens’ homes necessitate addressing it in language it understands.

In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that the Saudi regime’s belief that it will escape accountability is nothing more than an illusion and a mirage.

It pointed out that the Saudi regime’s closure of all avenues to the good-faith efforts undertaken by certain regional and international parties to lift its blockade on Yemen and end all its hostile actions leaves Yemen with no choice but to shoulder its greater responsibility in confronting the aggression.

The Ministry further stressed that the coming period will be more painful for the Saudi regime as a result of its continued hostile activities and daily criminal acts against the Yemeni people.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs concluded its statement by welcoming any peace efforts that would lift the Saudi regime’s blockade on Yemen, restore all rights that have been seized, halt hostile actions, and bring an end to the Saudi occupation of all Yemeni territory.
