The spokesman for the Yemeni Armed Forces, Brigadier General Yahya Saree, said the total number of Saudi airstrikes and missile attacks since the start of the latest escalation has reached 1,256.
Saree said the strikes were carried out by advanced F-15 and Typhoon fighter jets launched from the Khamis Mushait and Taif air bases, while the missile attacks were launched from the Jizan region.
He added that the strikes have focused on civilian sites and infrastructure, causing damage to vital sectors, including telecommunications networks, schools and public facilities in the governorates of Taiz, Saada and Al-Jawf.
