The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriate Affairs affirmed that the Saudi enemy continues, on a daily basis, to commit crimes against Yemen, its land and people, including the targeting of civilians and civilian objects.

In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said the latest of these crimes was the targeting of the village of Umm al-Dhahi in Harad District, which killed a father, a mother, and four of their children, aged between three and eight, and wounded a six-year-old girl.

The Ministry noted that the crime adds to the Saudi enemy’s criminal record in Yemen and reflects its flagrant violation of international humanitarian law.

The Ministry called on the international community, particularly the UN Security Council, the UN Human Rights Council, and human rights organizations, to break their silence and condemn the heinous crimes being committed in Yemen.

It stressed that remaining silent about such crimes amounts to complicity with the perpetrator and participation in the crime itself.
