More than 100 international relief and human rights organizations have described the ceasefire in Gaza as "ink on paper," amid the Zionist enemy's ongoing killing of civilians in the strip and the restrictions imposed on aid and reconstruction supplies, despite a year having passed since its enactment.

The Spanish organization "Oxfam Intermón" stated in a joint statement that "Israel" has killed more than 1,400 Palestinians in Gaza over the 365 days since the ceasefire began on October 10, 2025.

The statement added that "Israeli forces continue to kill and injure Palestinians daily, while restrictions imposed on aid, equipment, and reconstruction materials prevent families from recovering."

It pointed out that more than "two million people are in need of shelter, 1.4 million are facing critical levels of hunger, and not a single hospital in the strip is operating at full capacity."

According to the statement, "the organizations stressed the necessity of not normalizing death and deprivation in Gaza under the cover of the ceasefire agreement."

Citing the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, the statement noted that approximately 10,000 people remain trapped under the rubble.

Among the organizations that signed the joint statement are: Amnesty International, Oxfam, Islamic Relief, the Norwegian Refugee Council, the Danish Refugee Council, Caritas Internationalis, Greenpeace International, and Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP).
