Tihama tribes in Hajjah province have declared full readiness to join the armed forces in confronting Saudi escalation and its mercenaries.

At a large armed tribal gathering under the slogan “Mobilization and Preparedness to Counter Escalation with Escalation,” the tribes of Abs, Haradh, Midi, Hayran, Ku'aydinah, Aslam and Khayran Al-Muharraq pledged further sacrifices to defend Yemen’s sovereignty, security and stability, lift the blockade, recover national resources and end foreign domination and dependency.

They renewed their full mandate to Revolution Leader Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi to take appropriate measures in response to aggression , to end the war and blockade.

The tribes also pledged to stand alongside the armed forces and repel Saudi attacks and its mercenaries from every part of Yemen. They condemned attacks on civilians and civilian infrastructure across the country.

They denounced a Saudi attack on citizen Ali Adhli’s home in Haradh, which reportedly killed six people and injured a girl, as well as the use of internationally banned cluster munitions against villages in Abs. They stressed that the blood of those killed and injured would not go unavenged.

The tribes described the systematic massacres against the Yemeni people as war crimes that would not be subject to a statute of limitations, pledging that those responsible would eventually be held accountable.

Addressing the gathering, provincial mobilization deputy Abdullah Shayem said Yemeni tribes had maintained their positions and struggle for 12 years, adding that Tihama tribes remained united behind the revolutionary leadership. He said their mobilization demonstrated their determination not to submit to Saudi enemy or its allies.

He also warned against enemy plots targeting vital infrastructure , called for continued resistance against Saudi forces and their mercenaries.

A statement issued by the gathering condemned more than 12 years of Saudi attacks, the blockade and the systematic destruction of infrastructure. It affirmed continued steadfastness until the blockade is lifted, rights are restored and those responsible for massacres are held accountable.

The statement reaffirmed the tribes’ readiness to support the armed forces with personnel, funds and equipment, and to uphold the principle of “blockade for blockade, escalation for escalation, and airport for airport” until the aggression ends and the blockade is fully lifted.

It also praised Yemeni armed forces operations against Saudi troop concentrations in several border districts, saying they had inflicted heavy losses in personnel and equipment.

The tribes reaffirmed their commitment to Arab and Islamic causes, particularly Palestine, the defense of Islamic holy sites and Al-Aqsa Mosque, and rejection of all forms of normalization with Israel.

They declared general mobilization and full combat readiness to confront Saudi forces, resist the blockade and support the armed forces in defending Yemen’s sovereignty.

Marking the first anniversary of the martyrdom of Al-Quds Martyr and Major General Mohammed al-Ghumari, the statement renewed the tribes’ pledge of loyalty, vowing to keep his memory alive and continue the path for which he sacrificed his life.
