SPEECH BY LEADER AL-SAYYID ABDUL MALIK BADRUDDIN AL-HOUTHI ON THE LATEST DEVELOPMENTS
Thursday, 24 Dhu Al-Qadah 1446 A.H. (22 May 2025 A.D.)

Speech by Leader Al-Sayyid Abdul Malik Badruddin Al-Houthi (May Allah protect him) on the Latest Developments
Thursday, 24 Dhu Al-Qadah 1446 A.H. (22 May 2025 A.D.)
I seek refuge in Allah from Satan, the outcast.
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful.
Praise is to Allah, Lord of the Worlds. I believe that there is no god but Allah, the Sovereign and the Manifest Truth, and that Muhammad, our master, is His servant, Messenger, and Last Prophet.
O Allah! Confer Your salat and blessings upon Muhammad and the Family of Muhammad as You conferred Your salat and blessings upon Ibrahim and the Family of Ibrahim. You are Owner of Praise, Owner of Glory! And be pleased with Muhammad's good companions and all Your righteous servants and mujahidin.
Brothers and sisters, peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.
In our address this week on the brutal, savage Israeli assault against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, we highlight the most significant developments over the past week. This has been a bloody and grim week, marked by horrific atrocities and massacres. It has been one of the darkest and most tragic weeks for the Palestinian people in Gaza. It stands as a shameful chapter in human history, stained with the disgrace of standing by and watching injustice inflicted upon human souls.
More than three thousand Palestinians in Gaza have been killed or injured this week alone—most of them women and children. This is the highest weekly toll in nearly six months. Many victims remain trapped under the rubble, and some lie in the streets. Ambulance and civil defence crews have been unable to reach them due to the indiscriminate and barbaric Israeli bombardment of numerous areas, as well as a severe lack of resources and equipment in other locations.
The bombardment targeted residential homes, as the enemy directly struck dozens of homes this week, wiping out entire families beneath the rubble. The shelling also hit, in a deliberate and direct manner, tents, shelters, schools, and hospitals. Ambulance crews and medical teams were also targeted, in a systematic effort to prevent the rescue of the wounded.
As part of its campaign of genocide, the Israeli enemy this week bombed a prayer area in Jabalia Camp, northern Gaza, resulting in the martyrdom of many. It has concentrated its attacks on displaced civilians, dropping American incendiary bombs on their tents—as happened in eastern Gaza City, in Al-Mawasi west of Khan Younis, in Jabalia Camp, in Beit Lahia and various other places across the Strip. These attacks were deliberate and sustained, burning children, women, the elderly, and the young alike with American incendiary bombs inside their makeshift shelters.
The Israeli enemy also continues to apply pressure for the forced displacement of civilians from the northern Gaza Strip, which has caused immense suffering, especially for the elderly and children, amid constant displacement and relentless, brutal bombardment.
The scale of Zionist criminality and the ongoing genocide has reached such an extent that even one of the Zionist criminals, reflecting on the atrocities being committed and the silence and passivity of the Arab world, said that he never thought this would happen, that everyone would get used to a hundred Gazans being killed in a single night, as if this no longer matters to anyone. This statement lays bare the grim reality of a nation of two billion Muslims in the face of the most horrific crimes and atrocities being committed against part of their own people. It is a stark and shameful reflection of the current state of the Ummah—shameful in every sense of the word.
The Islamic Ummah—with its vast population, immense resources, and numerous armies numbering in the millions, along with its military and economic capabilities—remains motionless, even as the enemy escalates its crimes and acts of genocide against the Palestinian people in an appallingly brutal manner! Despite the sheer brutality of what is unfolding, the official response from most governments in the Islamic world—whether in Arab countries or beyond—remains limited to issuing statements without taking any practical action. And even these are often bland and lifeless, containing empty phrases that simply appeal to others and call on others to do something for the Palestinian people. It is as if we were a nation without any sense of responsibility—without a sense of religious, humanitarian, or moral duty. As if we were disconnected from what happens to our own people, to what affects a part of our own body, to what threatens our own security and interests. This is a deeply regrettable and tragic state of affairs!
The Zionist brazen boasting about the extent of this tribble passivity on the part of the Arabs and the majority of Muslims is deeply regrettable—so much so that it is expressed with the phrase, 'No one cares anymore!' It is as if the killing of a large number of Palestinians no longer matters to anyone, despite the glaring and horrific injustice that the entire world is aware of.
The Israeli enemy has once again launched a ground operation aimed at displacing the population and occupying the Gaza Strip. This operation has been named 'Gideon's Chariots'—a name derived from superstitious Jewish beliefs and has historically been associated with the crime of displacement since 1948.
Despite the horrific nature of the crimes committed, the mujahidin's steadfastness shattered the enemy's main objectives, as acknowledged by its own senior criminals!
Despite all that genocide and extremely heinous criminality, many of the leaders of the Israeli enemy and prominent Zionist figures, including some of the most notorious Zionist criminals, are aware that these criminal operations, along with the massive mobilisation for them, are, in practical terms, failing to achieve their main objectives in the face of the steadfastness of our fellow mujahidin in the Gaza Strip. As a result, they end up appearing as operations without purpose. This is why there have been statements from senior Zionist criminals of the Zionist entity, including former officials, openly admitting the failure of these operations, which merely contribute to accumulating further criminal record for the enemy.
Ehud Olmert, the 'former prime minister' of the Israeli enemy, acknowledged that this is a war without a goal, and without any chance of achieving anything that could save the lives of their captives. He also said that what the Israeli entity 'is doing now in Gaza, is very close to a war crime'. This is coming from one of the most senior Zionists, now saying this 'is very close to a war crime'—when in fact, it goes far beyond being a war crime; it is a war crime and greater than a war crime.
There are also statements from others—one of them, the Zionist Yair Golan, whose remarks are well known, sparked an uproar within the Israeli enemy when he admitted to war crimes against civilians, and the killing of children in Gaza as a form of hobby. It is an unimaginably horrific level of criminality—to the extent that even some Zionist criminals have begun commenting on these atrocities, with their statements containing clear and explicit acknowledgment of the appalling scale of the criminality.
There are also statements from officials such as the British Prime Minister, despite Britain's longstanding role as a supporter and partner in the major crime committed against the Palestinian people—beginning with the occupation of Palestine. He too has acknowledged the bombing of innocent children In Gaza. These statements serve as a full acknowledgment of this heinous, brutal, and terrible criminality.
A war crime marked by starvation, water denial, and the deliberate targeting of the health sector!
Alongside the killings by American bombs, American shells, Western munitions, and the extermination through weapons, air strikes, artillery bombardments, and direct gunfire, there is also the daily extermination through starvation and thirst. The tragedy of starvation has reached an unprecedented level in the Gaza Strip—a profound famine and a truly horrific and catastrophic situation. It stands as a major scandal for what is termed the 'international community' and the international organisations, with the Western world at the forefront, and also a disgrace to the Islamic world, including the Arab nations and beyond.
Hunger rates are rising significantly in the Gaza Strip. Most families are now eating one meal every day and a half, while some are eating every two days. In other words, they do not have regular meals available, with most families having just one meal every two days or every day and a half. Even the food they receive is not sufficient or nutritious. As one can see on television, they receive very little food or soup, just enough to stave off hunger. As a result, there are fatalities, particularly among children, and widespread cases of illness due to severe malnutrition. The suffering is immense!
The scenes are profoundly tragic and painful, even those being aired on mainstream media, depicting the people of Gaza worn down by hunger, relentless bombing, forced displacement, and constant relocation—all under a systematic and aggressive Israeli policy aimed at tormenting the Palestinian population. Some individuals have been seen collapsing to the ground, unable to walk due to extreme hunger. Women, too, have appeared in a state of acute weakness—so drained that even crying out becomes an exhausting effort. Their faint voices cry for help, appealing to the conscience of humanity. Such a plea—from an oppressed and broken woman—should have been enough to awaken the sense of honour in millions across this Ummah, if even a trace of humanity, manhood, or responsibility still remained.
In addition to extreme hunger, there is also severe thirst, as the enemy intensely targets water wells, preventing any digging of new wells or repairing existing water projects, along with blocking the water supply. This has even resulted in martyrs and wounded, who were targeted by the enemy while attempting to access water. Indeed, the Israeli enemy employs every means of extermination.
Organisations in the Gaza Strip are also issuing urgent appeals and reporting on the severity of the famine there:
-    UNRWA states that Severe hunger is spreading, particularly after entering Phase Five, which is one of the critical phases. The current level of famine has reached a very dangerous and critical threshold.
-    The UN Special Rapporteur on the Right to Food says that Gaza needs the entry of at least 1,000 trucks daily. Indeed, what is occurring amounts to the deliberate starvation and denial of water against two million people in the Gaza Strip—a truly horrific matter. Tens of thousands of children are at risk of starving to death. The most vulnerable groups in this man-made famine are children, the elderly, and the sick.
For twenty months now, the Israeli enemy has been continuously targeting the health sector. Whenever the health sector attempts to repair itself, even partially, to deliver the bare minimum of health services, the Israeli enemy brutally and criminally strikes it again. Continuous attacks have targeted the Indonesian Hospital, Al-Awda Hospital, Kamal Adwan Hospital, and Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital. Such hospitals have made efforts to restore some of their functionality to deliver minimal health and medical services, but the enemy continuously targets them.
This is the case in Gaza—a tragic reality. This week, as we mentioned, is one of the most tragic, unjust, and painful weeks for the Palestinian people. In light of this, our Islamic Ummah bears immense responsibility.
The Islamic Ummah's inaction contributes to the making of this tragedy and exposes it to divine punishment!
Our Islamic Ummah bears significant responsibility for what is happening and must take a supportive position for the Palestinian people in the face of this immense, clear, and unparalleled injustice. However, neglecting and abandoning this critical responsibility has severe consequences—very dangerous consequences. This is because it is a responsibility before Allah (the Almighty), and the Ummah has the ability to take significant action. It is an extremely dangerous state for the Ummah—for Arabs and Muslims—to stand by and watch without lifting a finger as the Israeli enemy commits such acts, regardless the level of criminality, escalation, or genocide that it has reached to, where even the most prominent and criminal Zionists, as well as some Western officials, acknowledge its brutality, savagery, and evil.
Allah (Glory be to Him) holds people accountable, and the Ummah has significant responsibility, for its silence emboldens the Israeli enemy to carry out whatever it desires. So this inaction, this silence, and this grave failure to fulfil responsibility become a contribution to creating this tragedy, doing this injustice, and providing the Israeli enemy with the opportunity to commit crimes with full boldness, reassured that there will be no significant reaction from the Ummah at large.
Also, the Israeli enemy continues practising various forms of assaults in the West Bank, especially in the Al-Aqsa Mosque and Al-Quds:
-    The usurping herds—referred to as 'settlers'—constantly invade the Al-Aqsa Mosque, desecrate its courtyards, and perform their false and superstitious rituals within its grounds, under the protection of enemy forces.
-    The forces of the enemy practice assaults against worshippers as they exit the Al-Aqsa Mosque, after detaining them in its courtyards and closing its doors.
-    Also, continuous assaults take place in the Ibrahimi Mosque in Al-Khalil, where, in some cases, worshippers have been prevented from praying.
Additionally, in Al-Quds, the Israeli enemy persists in its efforts to Judaize the city, and announced the upcoming opening of a sports club in the Ras Al-Amoud neighbourhood in Silwan, south of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque.
Other assaults continue unabated in occupied Al-Quds and across the West Bank: bulldozing, destruction, and abductions, as well as attacks on women, the burning of Palestinians' vehicles, and the targeting of farms.  This is the current situation.
As for Jenin, the Israeli aggression is ongoing against Jenin and its camp. We have been monitoring the situation in Jenin for four months—four months of Israeli assaults on Jenin and its camp:
-    There are large numbers of displaced people—over 22,000 displaced individuals.
-    Hundreds of homes have been completely destroyed, as the Israeli enemy seeks to reshape the landscape there.
-    Abductions, as we mentioned, continue across most cities in the West Bank.
The Israeli army makes up for its humiliating defeats by committing crimes—it is truly the most cowardly and disgraced army on the earth!
Regarding Palestinian resilience in Gaza, the Israeli enemy relies primarily on genocide and criminality in its attempt to impose full control over the Gaza Strip. Militarily, despite amassing massive forces, calling up reservists, and providing them with numerous military vehicles and intense firepower, the Israeli military position is weak. Therefore, it compensates for battlefield failures with crimes: genocide, the killing of women and children, and the targeting of unarmed civilians. This failure in military performance and reliance on such tactics, instead of pursuing a decisive military combat in a way that spares civilians, reflect the low morale of its troops.
Indeed, the Israeli army is the most cowardly and disgraced army in the world. It primarily relies on criminality and mass extermination. The firepower coverage it directs at Gaza aims to target everything, destroy everything, and erase entire neighbourhoods before advancing even a short distance. It attempts to ruin all livelihood and progeny so that its soldiers dare to press forward in some zones. Also, it resorts to total bulldozing of lands in front of them. In many cases, they only advance when they are utterly certain that no one remains to face them. If they are ever surprised in some instances by the emergence of our fellow mujahidin from tunnels or beneath the rubble, they rapidly flee. There are numerous scenes that prove this.
This demonstrates the high effectiveness of our fellow mujahidin's performance in the Gaza Strip and the help, care, and steadfastness that Allah (Glory be to Him) has granted them. Despite their extremely limited material resources, compared to the enemy's vast military arsenal and hundreds of thousands of troops, we see the impact of our fellow mujahidin's resilience: how fearful the Israeli enemy is of closing in and confronting them and how it strives first to neutralise them before engaging directly.
This is a very important lesson that reveals the truth: The Israeli enemy that resorts to genocide, criminality, and the destruction of everything just to give its soldiers the courage to advance even a little is in reality broken and weak. However, it seeks to make up for its losses and what it lacks in morale by committing those crimes.
The mujahidin in Gaza: Unshakable resolve and impactful operations acknowledged by enemy leaders!
The mujahidin brothers in the Al-Qassam Brigades in the Gaza Strip fight with great resolve and remarkable flexibility, adapting effectively to the evolving battlefield conditions, and they deplete the enemy's strength. The Al-Qassam Brigades have carried out a series of ambushes against the enemy, inflicting significant damage on it in Khan Younis and Gaza and prevented its forces from establishing permanent positions in multiple locations. Among these ambushes was a complex ambush last Friday west of Beit Lahia, in the north of the Strip, along with other ambushes elsewhere.
Additionally, the Al-Quds Brigades repelled a Zionist force attempting to penetrate the Khaza'a area, east of Khan Younis.  They also succeeded in detonating a field of pre-planted barrel bombs against a Zionist military convoy that had advanced into one of the neighbourhoods of the Qarara area, north-east of Khan Younis. In addition, a joint operation was carried out by the Al-Qassam Brigades and the Al-Quds Brigades east of Gaza.
Effective and impactful operations have even prompted some of the enemy's own commanders to acknowledge their weakened, shaken state in the face of Palestinian steadfastness and bravery. There has been a statement from the so-called former 'Israeli defence minister', the criminal Gallant, who said that Hamas's continued control of Gaza after 591 days of war represents a catastrophic failure for 'Israel'.  Another statement has been made by an Israeli officer in which he said that they fear examining those soldiers suffering from mental illness, as this could leave the army without soldiers.
That means a large number of Israeli troops are now mentally unstable, with their mental state severely degraded. For that reason, the enemy resorts to criminality and brutal bombardment, drawing on American stockpiles that furnish it with vast quantities of shells and bombs. And where does the funding come from? It comes from Arab wealth—trillions in Arab money!
Were all the munitions supplied by America—which rain down on the heads of women and children in Gaza, aimed at exterminating the Palestinian people—funded solely by American taxpayers, this would have had extremely severe consequences for the American economy. But sadly, this is not the case. This fact underscores the immense responsibility that falls on the Arabs before anyone else in the Muslim world, as it amounts, in reality, to a form of contribution and cooperation that strengthens the Israeli enemy.
As we mentioned and warned in a previous speech, collaboration exists even at the economic level: The majority of ships supplying the Israeli enemy and the Zionists with food and goods belong to one Islamic country and one Arab country. This continues, uninterrupted, to this day via the Mediterranean Sea. Such a reality is deeply regrettable, and the burden it carries is immense. Such activity represents support for the Israeli enemy. From an ethical, religious, and humanitarian standpoint, it is a form of complicity and support for the Israeli enemy, enabling it to act freely, feel secure, and dare to commit the most atrocious crimes, emboldened by such backing. This is truly unfortunate!
The Israeli enemy's attacks on Lebanon continue in all their forms. This week, the assaults have varied, including air raids, persistent violations of Lebanese airspace, intensified sorties by drones and armed aircraft, artillery shelling, and direct gunfire aimed at residential areas, especially in southern villages. These have also included the targeting of civilians and an intensification of attacks on prefabricated homes, as the Israeli enemy seeks to prevent displaced residents from returning to their villages.
Similarly, in Syria, the Israeli enemy continues to carry out all kinds of violations, including incursions, as it does in Quneitra, the burning of agricultural lands, and setting fire to certain areas to prevent grazing.
The Israeli enemy persists in committing all kinds of violations there.
The disgraceful reality of the Arab world demands urgent attention to awaken and enlighten the Ummah!
This condition within Arab reality, marked by a grave neglect of a great responsibility that lies upon them before Allah (the Almighty), demands urgent and serious attention to awaken this Ummah. Such a condition must not be met with mere passivity, silence, indifference, or neglect, for it represents a dangerous reality in every sense of the word, both for the Ummah in this world and in the Hereafter. Therefore, there is a clear religious responsibility, and a concerted effort must be made through educational and guidance activity, religious discourse, and media engagement to rouse the Ummah, to enlighten it, and to address this condition, which reveals a profound lack of awareness and a serious decline in morals and values. This is not merely a reflection of a particular stance or an isolated phenomenon. In reality, behind this dreadful neglect in the face of such immense injustice lies a great lack of awareness and a dramatic decline in morals and values and in true faith. It is one of the outcomes of the corrupting and misleading soft war that has affected this Ummah, compromising its morals, its values, and its humanity.
This is why a significant effort must be exerted through educational and awareness-building activities, religious discourse (with the active engagement of mosques and their pulpits), and wide-ranging media activities.
Faced with such a bitter, regrettable, and shameful reality, one of the most important aspects and forms of jihad in the path of Allah, the Almighty—a meaningful act of jihad and a vital means of drawing closer to Him—is the endeavour to awaken the Ummah: to enlighten it, to make it aware of its enemies and conscious of its responsibilities, and to remind it of its responsibilities and the consequences of failing to fulfil such responsibilities. This also includes striving to restore the Ummah's connection with its faith by drawing it closer to Allah (the Almighty), strengthening its relationship with the Holy Quran, and reinforcing its commitment to religious and faith-based principles, values, and morals.
There is no doubt that the current state of the Ummah is the result of a significant decline in the nurturing of faith, as well as commitment to morals and values. This appalling, disgraceful, outrageous, and deeply regrettable state of inaction is indeed an important indicator revealing an entirely unhealthy and diseased condition at the moral and humanitarian levels, as well as a lack of awareness of the grave dangers threatening this Ummah both in this world and in the Hereafter. This is because such a state leads to consequences in this immediate life and in the Hereafter. Such consequences are inevitable in both this life and the Hereafter as decreed by divine admonition. This makes the matter one of great importance. Therefore, there is a responsibility to undertake substantial efforts for a comprehensive awakening of the Ummah.
In addition to his role of striving to guide and purify people and delivering the religion of Allah, one of the major responsibilities undertaken by the Messenger of Allah (PBUH&F), even within the Muslim Ummah, was to urge and motivate the believers to take action. Allah (Glory be to Him) said to him, {'O Prophet, urge the believers on to combat'}. He also said to him, {'So fight in the cause of Allah . You are accountable for none but yourself. And motivate the believers , so perhaps Allah will curb the disbelievers' might'}.
Therefore, it is the duty of every person who has a cultural background and the ability to mobilise others into action to fulfil this role as part of his responsibilities and as a form of jihad in the path of Allah, the Almighty. Such individuals should take part in mobilising others, reminding them of their responsibilities, and raising awareness about the current reality, the dangers at hand, and the looming challenges. As we have mentioned, this condition is extremely grave, for it places the Ummah in a state of accountability before Allah and exposes it to divine punishments, which may involve granting dominance to enemies over this Ummah. This can double the suffering of this Ummah, as it means facing enemies who are driven by hatred, greed, hostility, wickedness, crimes, and well-known brutality while also enduring their dominance as a form of divine punishment for its negligence and inaction.
Extensive activities are taking place in Europe and Latin America—but what about the Arab and Islamic countries?
Regarding widespread grassroots activity in many countries, this week saw demonstrations held across a wide range of nations: in Australia, Sweden, Switzerland, South Korea, Canada, Denmark, Norway, and the Netherlands. The protests in the Netherlands were particularly large, drawing broad popular participation. Television footage revealed just how massive they were. We hope to see similar scenes unfold in Arab and Muslim countries, with people taking to the streets in such significant numbers. There is no need to see that we are not referring to Yemen, where people take to the streets in immense and unparalleled numbers. Demonstrations also took place in Poland, Germany, France, Greece, Britain, Austria, and across other European and Latin American countries. Among the most notable were the demonstrations in the Netherlands, along with a big demonstration in Britain.
Prompted by the broad popular mobilisation, some European governments issued statements that went slightly beyond their usual level, expressing some condemnation, denunciation, and protest against the Israeli enemy's horrific crimes. Yet even so, these reactions still fall far short of a real, concrete position.
European countries continue to supply the Israeli enemy with weapons. If they are genuinely committed to taking a genuine humanitarian stance and seek to distance themselves from the disgrace and shame of their complicity in the Zionist Israeli enemy's crimes against the Palestinian people in Gaza, they must take decisive action. In other words, they must decisively decide to halt all arms transfers to the Israeli enemy, impose genuine sanctions, sever economic ties, and so on. Mere statements of condemnation, disapproval, or protest are not enough. They have offered much in support of the Israeli enemy: financial aid, political backing, and extensive supplies of munitions and weaponry.
One of the most disturbing and striking developments is Morocco's participation—along with other Arab countries—in joint aerial exercises with the Israeli enemy. This is deeply shameful. The Moroccan regime is among those regimes that have become involved in normalisation, disregarding the popular will of their peoples and the causes of their Ummah, thereby implicating themselves. They have done an injustice to themselves, their own peoples, and this Ummah as a whole, engaging in what constitutes a betrayal to this Ummah. It is truly regrettable that such exercises involved Israeli pilots, who are at the forefront of those committing the gravest crimes in the Gaza Strip, where the Israeli air force plays a key role in these atrocities against the Palestinian people.
Western reaction to the killing of two Israelis in Washington: A resounding scandal!
Another significant development is the killing of two Zionist personnel working at the Israeli embassy in Washington. America is striving to make this incident the defining issue of the 21st century.
When one examines these reactions, particularly from the American side and from some others in the West and Europe, and contrasts their response to this incident with their attitude towards the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, it becomes clear just how far removed they are from justice. Their positions consistently favour oppressors and criminals. This incident is exaggerated, magnified, and exploited to suppress any objection to the genocide happening in Gaza. In America, they typically invoke the broad classification of 'anti-Semitism', which they then use as a pretext to oppose any popular or student activism calling for an end to the genocide against the Palestinian people. Yet, when two Zionists are killed, they escalate the issue into a major crisis, mobilising all their security, military, media, and political resources and adopting very severe measures and stances. However, the Israeli enemy killing and injuring over 186,000 people in Gaza is viewed by them as ordinary—something not yet severe enough for the Americans to describe as criminal, a crime, or terrorism.
Statements from Zionist officials and media reveal deep frustration and despair over Yemeni operations!
Regarding the Yemeni support front in the Battle of the Promised Conquest and Holy Jihad, the operations of this week involved the launch of eight missiles—hypersonic and ballistic—and drones. Three of those missiles were aimed at Lod Airport.
-    These important operations led to sirens sounding in most occupied towns and cities.
-    Many international airlines extended their suspension of flights to occupied Palestine—which is one of the notable impacts of these attacks.
-    Millions of Zionists fled to shelters.
Statements from Zionist officials and their media reflect deep Israeli frustration and despair because of the Yemeni support front. They underscore just how effective these operations have been, and reveal the Israeli enemy's inability to deter or influence Yemen's position.
An incident occurred this month, revealing the extent of panic triggered by sirens in occupied Palestine. On 15 May, amid a Yemeni missile attack and the blare of warning sirens, a member of the US Congress—who happened to be in a market in occupied Palestine—was forced to flee. With no shelter nearby, he sought refuge by hiding inside a refrigerator used for chicken and fruits! Others present in the market similarly fled to refrigerators for chicken to seek cover. This was reported by Israeli media.
Due to its severe frustration, the Israeli enemy attempted—through its aggression on the ports of Al-Hudaydah with twenty-two air strikes—to impose a state of deterrence, aiming to halt Yemeni operations. However, it has completely failed to influence or deter the Yemeni position. The Yemeni position is deeply rooted in faith, values, and ethics, and retreating from this position is absolutely impossible.
In the same context, I commend our steadfast brothers working and stationed at the ports, who have remained steadfast in doing their job despite repeated assaults from both and the Israelis and the Americans—during their involvement in the escalation against our country with the aim of supporting the Israeli enemy. The role played by these steadfast brothers, who have sacrificed many martyrs, constitutes a form of jihad and steadfastness for the sake of Allah, the Almighty. Their great steadfastness and continued dedication to serving their dear people represent a highly significant contribution and a fundamental part of their jihad in Allah's path. I extend my respect to them and commend their efforts, patience, sacrifices, and steadfastness.
Also noteworthy is the departure of the American aircraft carrier Truman after it lost three of the most advanced jets in the American Air Force. It left bearing the unmistakable hallmark of failure.
The weekly million-strong demonstrations: Their greatness, significance, and the urgent necessity for them to continue without fatigue or complacency!
The massive turnout last week was truly remarkable, significant, and powerful. A total of 1,121 marches, ranging from large-scale to smaller gatherings, took place, including the massive, million-strong demonstration in the capital, Sana'a, at Al-Sabeen Square. There was also an immense and widespread participation across various governorates, districts, and rural areas. Tribal gatherings continue, and various forms of activities remain ongoing—this is exactly what is expected.
We are currently at an extremely critical stage, with the Israeli enemy at the peak of its genocidal escalation against the Palestinian people. The enormous tragedy and injustice inflicted upon the Palestinians necessitate:
-    continuous general mobilisation,
-    intensified activities across all fronts,
-    escalated efforts in action and support, and
-    heightened focus and commitment.
At this critical stage, there must be no room for weakness, weariness, or apathy to creep into the heart of anyone who possesses even a shred of humanity and faith. This is a time for greater concern, greater escalation, and greater seriousness. The tragic scenes from Gaza—the immense injustice and suffering endured by the Palestinian people—are more than enough to stir the conscience and awaken a deep sense of responsibility. They speak louder than any lecture, more powerfully than any speech, and surpass all words in expressing the reality on the ground. That is why I urge everyone to witness what is happening in Gaza. When a person watches the scenes of those horrors and that appalling injustice and anguish on TV, they cannot help but feel ashamed before Allah to show any sign of retreat or neglect.
For some, their contribution might be limited to attending mass demonstrations—even if only once a week, for a few hours—and to boycotting American goods. In truth, this remains a meaningful contribution, and there must be no room for laziness, boredom, or apathy to creep into this weekly effort. On the contrary, one should make even greater efforts and pursue even greater action, and this is exactly what we observe among many of the brothers who attend the rallies. From their words and expressions, it is clear how determined they are to give more:
-    Some say, 'If our blood could serve as fuel for the rockets, we are ready to offer it.'
-    Others say that if they could become a rocket themselves to be launched at the Israeli enemy, they would do so without hesitation.
This high level of enthusiasm, engagement, and a strong sense of responsibility expresses faith and human conscience. Therefore, as this week has been one of the bloodiest, most tragic, hunger-ridden, and thirst-stricken periods for the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, we hope that (Allah willing) tomorrow's turnout will be equally massive and enormous—one that expresses anger, loyalty, steadfastness, and solidarity with the Palestinian people and serves as a clear signal of full support for continuing operations at the highest level possible.
I call on our dear people to join in a massive, powerful, and momentous million-strong demonstration tomorrow in the capital, Sana'a, and across the various governorates and public squares, Allah willing. I also hope for a turnout that, Allah willing, befits the values of this nation and its faith, steadfastness, loyalty, and commitment to jihad.
We ask Allah (the Almighty) to grant us success in seeking what pleases Him, have mercy on our virtuous martyrs, heal the wounded among us, set free our captives, and grant us victory. We also ask Him to hasten relief and victory for the oppressed Palestinian people and their dear mujahidin.
Peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.
