Speech by Al-Sayyid Abdul Malik Badruddin Al-Houthi on the Latest Developments

I seek refuge in Allah from Shaytan, the outcast.
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful.
Praise is to Allah, Lord of the Worlds. I believe that there is no god but Allah, the Sovereign and the Manifest Truth, and that Muhammad, our master, is His servant, Messenger, and Last Prophet.
O Allah, confer Your salat and blessings upon Muhammad and the Family of Muhammad as You conferred Your salat and blessings upon Ibrahim and the Family of Ibrahim. You are Owner of Praise, Owner of Glory! And be pleased with Muhammad's good companions and all Your righteous servants and mujahidin.
Brothers and sisters, peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.
Among the Arabs, within the Islamic world, and in full view of the Muslims who follow the message of Allah—the message of truth, justice, values, and ethics—the crime of the century occurs, and the injustice of our era continues. For 251 days, after eight months, in the 36th week, the Israeli Zionist enemy continues the genocide against the Palestinian people in Gaza.
The number of massacres has reached more than 3,340, and the number of martyrs, wounded, and captives in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank is nearing 149,000 Palestinians, most of them are children and women. This week alone, the Zionist enemy has committed over 35 massacres marked by savagery, criminality, and brutality, resulting in over 2,500 Palestinians being martyred or injured, mostly women and children. Among these massacres is the one that took place in the Nuseirat camp with direct American participation. The enemy conducted 250 airstrikes on approximately 90 homes and carried out a ground invasion from the floating sea pier, using aid trucks meant for the delivery of aid assistance in the sea pier. The floating sea pier was used in this aggression, which makes it clear that the floating sea pier is, in fact, an American base. America is participating in occupying this base, and this makes it involved in the occupation of Palestinian territories.
It is an insult to the Holy Quran, an insult to Islam, and an insult to the Messenger of Islam, Prophet Muhammad (PBUH&F), and a denial of Islamic values that the enemy continues to commit these atrocious against a Muslim people among their own ummah—all of its surroundings are from its ummah.
Decades ago, a tragedy Muslims in Bosnia and Herzegovina and one of the biggest problems faced at the time was the long distance that geographically separated that territory from the Islamic world, making direct support and cooperation difficult. Yet, much could have been done, and Muslims greatly failed to properly respond to the tragedy of the Muslim people in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
It is an insult to the Quran, Islam, and the Messenger of Islam that the Palestinian people are starving to death due to malnutrition, with deaths among children, women, and the sick, while most Arabs and Muslims remain spectators. This is deeply regrettable! During the Hajj season, pilgrims should remember that the Palestinian people in Gaza have also been deprived of performing Hajj in the Holy Mosque.
It is deplorable that, despite all that is happening, some governments and Arab regimes are participating in exercises under American supervision with the Israeli enemy. They are joining these manoeuvres with the Israeli enemy, although they are under American supervision! The American role in the Israeli Zionist crimes in Gaza is well known; they are a key partner. It is well known that their role reaches the level that without their support and participation, the Israeli aggression on Gaza would not have lasted this long or reached the level of horrific crimes, genocide, and extreme brazenness. Yet, some Arab countries and regimes are participating in these exercises under American supervision, alongside the Israeli enemy, with various names such as 'Eager Lion', 'Resolute Fury', and 'African Lion'.
When we consider these titles, such as 'lion', what a lion they are speaking about? The Arab countries that watch the Palestinian people being killed in a genocide, where children and women are being killed, hearing the cries and pleas of children and women in Gaza, yet take no practical steps—Lion against whom? Furious anger against whom? For whom? And for what? African Lion against whom? When such manoeuvres, with these titles, are conducted in participation with the Israeli enemy and under American supervision, it becomes clear that there is no lion representing the position of the Islamic Ummah, nor is there a courageous position to support the oppressed Palestinian people or to address issues that benefit the Islamic Ummah or even the peoples governed by these regimes. Neither the Eager Lion, the African Lion, nor the Resolute Fury is aimed at serving the Islamic Ummah. Instead, under American supervision, they serve the enemies of this Ummah. This is very unfortunate, very unfortunate!
In addition, it is unfortunate that a military meeting, as revealed by the American website Axios, was held under the supervision and sponsorship of America and attended by some Arab regimes and the Israeli enemy. It was a military meeting with the participation of the Israeli enemy for enhancing mutual cooperation to protect the Israeli enemy from the attacks coming from the supporting fronts. It is very unfortunate that some Arab regimes are moving to make themselves a shield protecting the Israeli enemy, instead of contributing anything to the Palestinian people! At the very least, if only they had stood idly and remained neutral! That is even though this is a battle in which there is no room for neutrality, and one must take a position of truth to support the Palestinian people. Nonetheless, if you are not at the moral, value, humanitarian, religious, and national level to the extent that you take an honourable position with the Palestinian people, then do not conspire against them. Do not turn to harness the potential of your peoples and countries in the service of the Israeli enemy or make yourselves a shield behind which it takes shelter and seeks protection. This is a very unfortunate matter! Moreover, this is an act of participation with the Israeli enemy in all the crimes it commits against the Palestinian people and an act of participation in all the suffering, tragedy, hunger, injustice, killing, and other issues experienced by the Palestinian people. This contribution with the Israeli enemy, this reassurance, and this involvement for its benefit and protection, is a contribution to its crimes and an act of participation in its aggression, which target the Palestinian people.
Why? What is the reason for this complicity and cooperation with the Israeli enemy? And why is there significant reluctance from most regimes and even from most peoples? Most peoples sympathize in their hearts but fail to act effectively, not even taking the simplest available steps that are important in terms of their impact, such as economic boycotts, media activity, and so on. Why this complicity and reluctance?
If those accomplices who participate in such manoeuvres with the Israeli enemy under American supervision, who participate in those meetings and conferences, and who actually mobilize their military capabilities to protect the Israeli enemy and intercept the missiles and drones that are directed to target the Israeli enemy in solidarity with the Palestinian people in Gaza and in support of the mujahidin in Gaza—why do they involve in this complicity? What drives some Arab regimes to take this position and adopt this approach? Do they not learn the lesson, especially the lesson of the steadfastness of the mujahidin in Gaza?! The reality of the Israeli enemy, as well as the Americans themselves, is not the kind of reality that makes one believe that those regimes have seen themselves in a position where they have no other choice—that is, they have experienced severe pressure and a terrible situation so that they could not but completely lose their cohesion and fell into a state of subjugation, defeat, and submission, dominated to the extent that they cannot adopt any other position, even a position of neutrality.
The reality of the Israeli enemy and the American reality itself do not possess the kind of pressure that would justify those regimes' actions. If only they had taken lessons first and foremost from the steadfastness of the mujahidin in Gaza! In spite of their very limited capabilities, which are not at all comparable to the size of the massive military arsenal and the huge economic capabilities possessed by those Arab regimes, the dear mujahidin brothers in the Gaza Strip have been confronting the Zionist enemy for eight months, in an ongoing battle that has not stopped, and they are inflicting losses on the enemy, at the human level and at the level of military equipment and capabilities. Furthermore, they are steadfast, firm, persistent, and cohesive. When it comes to their morale, they have high morale. As for their impact and practical effort, they are inflicting losses on the enemy and confronting it effectively. Why have those Arab regimes not learnt the lesson from the mujahidin’s steadfastness and resilience?
Why have they not learnt the lesson from the steadfastness of the Palestinian people (the public): the unarmed Palestinian people and the displaced in the Gaza Strip, in their steadfastness, firmness, and persistence, despite the genocide, the daily killing, the starvation, and the suffering in all its forms, even from thirst and the scarcity of water, even drinking water? Why do they not benefit a lesson from their steadfastness and firmness and then feel ashamed of themselves as regimes that have capabilities and capacities?
Why have they not learnt the lesson and benefited from the honourable position of the supporting fronts, including the position of our Yemeni people and the position of our country, the official and public position? It is a lesson for all regimes. Despite enduring a very great suffering, war, blockade, boycott, and comprehensive assault, our country maintains an honourable, good position, expressing its humanity, morals, religion, and values. Why do they not benefit from this lesson, and from the rest of the supporting fronts?
Why do they not benefit from the student and public community movements in many countries around the world, including America, Europe, Latin America, and Asian countries, like Japan and others? These are countries that are not part of the Islamic world or the Arab world, and their relationship with the Palestinian people is a human one.
But you, as Arabs, your relationship should be based on humanity, nationalism, Islam, and more than that. Then why do you fall short to such a degree and even go further as to contribute to protecting the Israeli enemy, reassuring it, inciting it, and encouraging it? According to the news and what have been told, some even provide money to the Israeli enemy, spending vast sums of money on the Israeli enemy and contributing to shedding the blood of the Palestinian people through the funds they provide.
It is shameful, disgraceful, and ignominious that some move with a humanitarian impulse in America, Europe, Canada, Australia, Africa, Latin America, and many countries, including university students and ordinary people, yet the level of position taken by some Arab countries does not rise to the level of allowing their peoples to act movement so that their peoples can make their voice heard and contribute through donations and other means. They rather shackle their peoples from any movement or solidarity. They shackle students and teachers in universities so they do not dare to make any move or get their voice heard. Also, at the practical level, there is not any kind of cooperation, position, or serious action.
The student movement in the West despite repression, persecution, imprisonment, beatings, humiliation, and practices aimed at restricting the students to the point of expelling some from universities or taking arbitrary decisions against them. This has even reached the point of preventing the entry of food to the protesters. This is one of the new methods used by the repressive police forces in America and in some European countries: preventing the entry of food to the protesters, depriving protesters even of food, and besieging them to ensure they have no access to food. Despite all of that, they continue their effort and are still active and determined to continue their movement driven by a humanitarian motive. Why does humanity cease to exist in some Arabs?! Everything has ceased to exist in them: The human conscience in them has died; the religious and Islamic sense and feeling has ended; morals and values have vanished; and everything has ceased to exist.
Additionally, why did they not benefit from the position of some countries in Latin America? Some countries in Latin America have severed their diplomatic and economic relations with the Israeli enemy and boycotted it, and they showed a strong position and spoke with strong expressions. You find there a position that reflects a raging anger in the right direction. They have severed their relations with the Israeli enemy at the economic level and at the political and diplomatic level, and they are speaking with courage and strength, using a strong language to describe the crimes of genocide committed by the Israeli enemy against the Palestinian people. They used expressions that some Arab leaders have not dared to say or utter.
Why have they not benefitted from the position of even some European countries? They have become more advanced in their position compared to some Arab countries as they have taken practical steps, severing their relations and boycotting at a certain level, at the economic level, and more.
Why did they not learn and take a lesson from the clear failure and manifest, evident defeat of the Israeli enemy in its aggression against the Gaza Strip, despite American support and participation, as well as British support? The enemy is still in a clear state of failure and defeat. That is, the enemy is in a situation where its leaders, officials, officers, and media outlets acknowledge that it is a scandal. It is a state of impotence, as it has not been able to put an end to the movement of the mujahidin in the Gaza Strip, nor to eliminate them, or to get rid of them. It has failed to do so despite their limited resources. It has not been able to free its captives or achieve full control. It has not been able to carry out and achieve its declared objectives.
The failure over all these months is a lesson for you, a moral for you, and I mean those regimes that collude and cooperate with the Israeli enemy, as well as those who abandon their responsibility. If awe and fear is what influences you, then all this should have eased your fear. This should have encouraged you to take a positive and better position, even on a certain level, so as to support the mujahidin in the Gaza Strip by taking positive steps towards them and showing them support and assistance. Likewise, your position towards the Palestinian people and the supporting community in Gaza should have been influenced by this, so should your position towards the Israeli enemy, by severing diplomatic, political, and economic relations and more. All this should have encouraged you. Or has it affected you that the Israeli enemy, after eight months of aggression, criminality, fighting, attacks, and very atrocious crimes, managed to free four captives, despite everything it has done and enjoying American participation in the same operation? The operation to free those four captives with American participation after eight months is neither success nor strength. If it continues to free its captives at this pace, this means it will need two hundred and forty months, which means many years; it needs to remain for many years and may not be able to do so at all. Therefore, there is no justification whatsoever for the complicity of some Arab regimes and their participation and contribution in favour of the Israeli enemy.
When we look at the steadfastness of the mujahidin brothers in the Gaza Strip, despite the long period that has passed and the significant escalation by the Israeli enemy, coupled with American and British participation at the levels of intelligence, information, support, planning, and sometimes direct American involvement in leading operations and combat, we find that their steadfastness is truly one of Allah's signs. It is also evidence of their faith, awareness, resilience, and humanity, and that they receive assistance and support from Allah. Their steadfastness is tremendous and inflicts suffering on the enemy as they continue to fight effectively and impactfully on all fronts of combat: from the north of the Strip, to its center, to Rafah. They are inflicting suffering on the enemy, carrying out high-level operations, as observed this week in Rafah, where high-level operations have been carried out to inflict suffering on the enemy. They continue to launch missile barrages towards what is called the Gaza envelope. They continue to make the enemy suffer, using various means at their disposal: improvised explosive devices, booby-trapped ambushes, mortar artillery, snipers, direct engagement, and all available means. They persist effectively, inflicting significant losses on the enemy, and their targeting of military vehicles continues, and there are videos that show this. However, the video scenes are just a fraction of what is happening on the ground: What occurs on the ground in terms of engagement with the enemy and the suffering caused to it is far greater than what is shown in the media.
Also among the most important things happening in the Gaza Strip is the level of cooperation, coordination, and unity among the Palestinian resistance factions in the Strip, which is better than any previous stage. This also includes the political front, as seen in the state of unity and cooperation between the resistance factions, whether on the level of Hamas and the Qassam Brigades, the Islamic Jihad movement, and the Al-Quds Brigades, or the rest of the factions in the Strip who are striving for the sake of Allah and confronting the enemy. There is cooperation, coordination, and unity better than any previous stage, and this is promising. This stands in contrast to the reality of Israeli enemy, where divisions, conflicts, disputes, and resignations do exist. The state of division is clear in its reality, where some resignations at the highest levels came to light. Thus, one can now notice this state that demonstrates the reality and outcomes of the current situation: The Israelis are now facing true failure, and this is a clear matter. In contrast, the state of our Palestinian brothers is promising, with the assistance and guidance of Allah.
Moving on to the supporting fronts and starting with the front of Hezbollah, as it is an advanced, active, and impactful front that is the most impactful among the supporting fronts, this front is continuing the major escalation against the enemy, using intensive rocket bombardment. Among what is being used in the intensive bombardment that targets the Israeli enemy in northern Palestine is the bombardment with the Vulcan rocket: It is a rocket with warheads weighing 1,000 to 2,000 pounds. It inflicts powerful destruction on the Israeli enemy and deals blows to it. The devastation it causes to military bases and barracks is immense. and it deals blows to the Israeli army.
The drones launched by Hezbollah against the Israeli enemy penetrate the enemy's defence capabilities. In fact, Hezbollah has succeeded through its means and bombardment to even target the Iron Dome platforms themselves. The platform itself is struck and targeted, and it is directly hit and affected.
The Israeli enemy is in a state of confusion regarding the Hezbollah front, as it is an active, impactful, and disturbing front. If that situation continues this way, the impact will be painful for the Israeli enemy. And if the Israeli enemy becomes embroiled in a comprehensive war with Hezbollah, it is aware of the serious and devastating consequences that many of its leaders, officers, and politicians have spoken about. Media outlets have discussed this and believed this would be a disaster for the Israeli enemy and the entity. Therefore, the support the Palestinian front is receiving from Hezbollah in Lebanon has a very important impact.
The Iraq front is still active too. The Islamic Resistance in Iraq has announced the execution of five operations this week against vital targets of the Zionist enemy in occupied Palestine, as well as in the Golan.
On our front in Yemen (the Yemen of faith, wisdom, and jihad), the supporting operations carried out this week alone, in the Battle of the Promised Conquest and the Holy Jihad, with the help of Allah (the Almighty), reached eleven operations, with thirty-one ballistic and cruise missiles, drones, and offensive vessels. Thus, the number of targeted ships so far has reached one hundred and forty-five ships affiliated with the Israeli, American, and British enemies, including a ship targeted yesterday, which is at risk of sinking. The water entered the ship, and it is affected and crying out for help. This also represents an escalation within the framework of the fourth stage.
And the escalation within this stage is ongoing and effective, and with the will of Allah, it will be even greater and more impactful. This is because, in addition to the effort made at the level of the ongoing operations, there is the development-oriented effort with intensive activity in the field of technical development, aiming for increased effectiveness, surpassing the capabilities of the enemies, especially in interception and jamming, and providing momentum in operations. This development occurs at the technical level, the tactical level, and the informational level, since success in this particular area is extremely important. What proves this fact is the success seen in carrying out operations, as it keeps having an impact on the enemies' economy. The Israeli economy is affected, and they continuously acknowledge this in their media outlets. Also, their reality testifies to that: rising prices, scarcity of certain essential goods, hindrance in exporting some essential materials, and impact on their overall level, financial revenue and the economy in general. This is evident. We avoid delving into the details because they are too numerous, and we leave them to the media, which should cover them extensively. We will run out of time if we get into such details.
Similarly, concerning the American economy, the level of American frustration is extremely high. The Americans are angry, agitated, impulsive, confused and seek to entangle others. This is because all their attempts to apply pressure on the Yemeni position, which has affected them and their ships and has also brought them to a state of incapability in safeguarding Israeli maritime operations, have been unsuccessful. The Americans failed to fulfil their promise of protecting Israeli interests and maritime operations in the Red Sea, despite pledging American and British protection, as well as protection from their allied countries. The Americans completely failed to deliver on this promise. The Israelis bitterly expresses their disappointment with the American's failure to fulfil their promise of protecting their ships, associated ships, and the contracted ones that are involved in their trade. The Americans, after becoming entangled, not only failed to protect the Israeli ships but also their own ships. Even the American warships proved incapable of withstanding attacks, choosing to flee and retreat in the sea until reaching the edge of the Red Sea. This includes Eisenhower, which fled, just like other ships that were targeted. This is an undeniable reality
Likewise, the negative impact on the British economy continues to take place. The Americans are persistently attempting to exert pressure on our country's position at the level of the government and the people, as well as at the level of military operations:
- First and foremost, the Americans, in collaboration with Britain, are continuing their airstrike operations. This week, a total of twenty-two airstrikes were conducted in the governorates of Al-Hudaydah, Sana'a, and Raymah. As a result of targeting the government complex of Raymah, in Al-Jabin district, two individuals were martyred and nine citizens were wounded. This government complex is not a missile base, a military site, or anything of the sort. Rather, it is an administrative civilian complex. Even so, it was targeted, which led to the injury of some of our citizens there and the martyrdom of others.
- Also, in their aggression against our country, the Americans are seeking to exert pressure regarding the humanitarian situation and to halt all aid intended for our dear oppressed people through organizations or the United Nations.
- The Americans are consistently striving efforts to apply pressure on our country's economy, and in this particular file, they seek to implicate the Saudi regime.
I advise the Saudi regime against getting involved because we are currently in a state of war. Being at war is not something new to us, and we are enduring immense suffering as a result of the aggression against our country—a continuous aggression that has been going on for years, coupled with American and British escalation. However, we will not accept a situation in which our people are subjected to suffocation, starvation, and harm while those responsible enjoy comfort and luxury without facing any consequences.
Our people are going to inflict harm on those who are seeking to harm them. In our position of truth, it is clear how bold we are, for this is part of our religious, humanitarian, and faith-based responsibility before Allah and towards our dear people. It is clear how bold we are even towards the Americans, who you made of them gods that stand humble before, submit to, and bend the knee to. It is also clear how bold our position is even towards Britain, which you also view with reverence and glorification. Therefore, we bear no bad intent towards any Arab country, but we do not accept any Arab regime to direct harm towards our people in service of Israel and obedience to America. There is no doubt or confusion that taking any position at this time against our people by the Saudis comes in the context of serving and supporting the Israeli enemy—it is out of obedience to the Americans. We warn of that, and it is not in anyone's interest to implicate themselves and their interests and expose themselves to danger in service of Israel. Why? What compels you to make your aim and concern the courting of Israel? Why engaging in negotiations and back-and-forth to turn the tragedy of Gaza into a normalization deal and then taking a hostile position against the Yemeni people to starve them, inflict suffering on them, and harass them in their basic livelihood, in that very small margin left after plundering their wealth and occupying the sources of their oil and gas wealth, their national and sovereign wealth? Why harassing them even in that small margin? Why all this courting of the Israeli enemy? As Allah (the Almighty) said in the Quran, {'So you see those in whose hearts is a sickness hastening into them'}. It is a disease of the hearts, for what you are doing to serve the Israeli enemy and obey the Americans is not in your interest at all, not in the interest of your people, nor in any national interest. It is a service that harms you, brings you shame and disgrace, and benefits the Israeli enemy. It will not benefit you in any way.
By the grace of Allah, the security agencies have dealt a big blow to the Americans at the security level, as they declared the dismantling of the most dangerous espionage network in the history of the country, the history of Yemen, which was working for the benefit of the Americans. Some of those working in that network were also working for the benefit of the Israeli enemy. This network was engaged in various tasks.
Among the tasks carried out by that network was the recruitment of proxies, who work in decision-making positions as proxies, for the benefit of America, instead of their homeland. That also included recruiting spies to serve America and Israel. This is one of the most important things they have worked on.
It is also clear to us that despite their relationship with the authority and the regime in Sana'a during those stages, they never respected that relationship, which was portrayed as a positive one. In the past years, before the September 21st revolution, the regime in Sana'a was striving with all its might to have a strong relationship with the Americans, to submit to them, to go in line with them, and to move with them whatever they wished and wanted. It used to say that it wanted a partnership with them, speaking, confirming, explaining, and practically seeking to make its relationship with them the strongest relationship of all in the world, stronger than any Arab, Muslim, or non-Muslim country in the world. This was clear, as the statements, speeches, policies, positions, media, newspapers, and everything testified to this truth. However, they did not respect Yemen. Despite the fact that the authority, the regime, was seeking to serve them, to partner with them, to have a strong relationship with them, they were seeking to infiltrate it, to violate its sovereignty, to harm it, and to ensure its failure. Even though the regime itself, the authority itself, the official entities themselves, were courting them in all forms, opening all doors for them, diverting their decisions as they wished, they were directing them towards what was harmful to the Yemeni people and the destruction of everything, and pushing them towards collapse in all fields. This is very clear in the details of the documents and the confessions, for they never appreciated the favour, even for those who wanted to have a positive relationship with them.
This is a major lesson for our people, for the elites in our country, for the parties, for the various entities that have a conceited and deceived view of the Americans, It also provides an insight for the rest of the peoples, the countries, and the governments to benefit. They should listen to the confessions and review the documents and evidence.
It is also noteworthy that the Americans in their espionage activity were keen to recruit spies and involve the Israeli enemy in their intelligence activity, and this is a principle that the Americans work on in all Arab and Islamic countries: In their espionage activity in any Arab or Muslim country, the Americans involve the Israelis with them as twins and move together. And this is what happened in relation to that network.
Therefore, it is very important for our dear people, for all the people in our country, for all Arabs, for all Muslims, and for all people, to benefit from what is being announced and revealed about what that network did in favour of the Americans, by their order, under their supervision. It is espionage on their part, through those whom they deceived, implicated, and exploited. It is important to realize, to understand, and to show awareness. O people, listen up! Give heed to the facts about what the Americans did, about their destructive activities, and about their efforts to inflict harm on peoples in everything, in their economy, in their agriculture, in their education, in their health, and in all areas. Give heed to how hostile, malicious, devilish, criminal, unjust, and unjustifiable their orientation is. It is astonishing! Why do they want people's death, destruction, harm, injustice, failure, and poverty? They want all evil and harm for people, and they work for that. What do the Americans want? What are they striving for? What are they planning for? What are the means and methods they use? How do they infiltrate organizations and work through them? How do they infiltrate the United Nations and work through it? How do they infiltrate official bodies, administrative units, and government institutions and work through them? And what do they want? What are the methods? And what are the means?
I call on our dear people to focus these days on this important file and the details shared by our media outlets regarding it. This is a real, factual, and certain case, with thousands of damning, exposing, revealing documents and with documented confessions. The evidence is conclusive, and the confessions are related to facts and events that actually happened in reality. This blow and victory at the security level is an important victory against the Americans, who are always in a position of aggression and keep targeting peoples and practising injustice against them.
As for the public activities, they are ongoing, thanks to Allah. Demonstrations, marches, events, and public gatherings exceeded half a million by seventy-six thousand one hundred and one. With the grace and assistance of Allah and through His guidance, this momentum is unprecedented in the history of our dear people, and as far as we know, it has no equal in any other people or country. This expresses the state of faith, the living human conscience, morals, chivalry, valour, and values. Whenever our people see the tragedy of the Palestinian people continues, and the Israeli enemy continues to kill children and women in Gaza and starve the Palestinian people—our people listen with their hearts, with their human feelings, to the moans, screams, pleas, and cries of the children and women of Palestine because they consider the Palestinian people as part of this Ummah. Those in Gaza are our fathers. The Palestinian people are our fathers, our mothers, our sisters, and our children. These are our feelings towards them; therefore, we will not turn to inaction, stagnation, indifference, deafness, and ignorance towards what is happening there. This movement that expresses the level of concern is by the grace of Allah and a blessing bestowed by Him.
And this large number is recorded by Allah. This is more important than the Guinness Book of Records, which comes to headline any number that exceeds the limits, such in how much someone ate from plates, or how many meters someone ran, or any other activities in other areas. This is in the field of human, moral, and faith-based responsibility, and living conscience. This is the number that expresses a great and vast faith and moral balance.
The activities in mobilization, including maneouvers, military parades, and military marches, amounted to 1955. The training outputs in mobilization reached 368196 trainees.
Praise be to Allah, as this is a great path. I greet you, our dear people, and pray to Allah to shower you with His peace. May Allah record your reward, bless you, and accept from you this work, this effort, this honourable movement, which has presented a good example for the whole world, for all peoples, for all nations, showing your humanity, your ethics, your values, your honour, and your chivalry.
In these days, we live the first ten days of Dhu Al-Hijjah. The nights of these days are blessed nights and believed according to various Islamic sects and narrations to be those ones that Allah referred to in His saying, {'And ten nights'}. These days are blessed. Regarding Allah's saying, {'And they mention the name of Allah on appointed days'}, it is said that these first ten days are from the appointed days, if not them, or from them along with the days of Tashreeq. So they are blessed days, and their blessing and virtue is well known among Muslims. Good deeds in them are blessed, and their reward is multiplied, including abundant remembrance of Allah and deeds that draw one closer to Allah.
Of the greatest deeds that bring one closer to Allah (the Almighty) are:
- Jihad in His cause, and supporting the oppressed and weak among His servants. Is there anyone who lives in similar injustice, hardship, and tragedy as the people of Gaza, the Palestinian people in Gaza? Who in the world these days is experiencing such suffering and injustice? They are hungry, and they even suffer from thirst. They do not have even enough water to drink. Their children are killed every day, as well as their women. It is a very great tragedy. Of the greatest deeds that draw one closer to Allah (Glory be to Him) and that make the rest of the deeds accepted (whether fasting, remembrance, or voluntary prayers) is for a person to have a clear position and to move and contribute in such days.
- The reward for spending in such days by donating to the Palestinian people is very great. Even if what one spends is little because of his difficult circumstances, Allah (Glory be to Him) still grants great reward.
- The same applies to going out to the squares and participating in demonstrations, public gathering, and events, as well as having a supporting voice for those oppressed, our brothers in Gaza, the sons of the oppressed Palestinian people—all these deeds.
- Also, the military operations in these days are blessed, including missile strikes, naval operations, drone operations, and so on. Everyone is required to benefit from the blessings of these days in drawing closer to Allah in this aspect.
Through their weekly blessed million-man marches on Fridays, our dear people express that we are in a state of mobilization. This is because this stage calls for active mobilization, and this is an act of mobilizing effort, taking to the streets, taking action, and adopting position. When Allah (Glory be to Him) said in the Holy Quran, {'Mobilize, light or heavy, and strive with your wealth and yourselves in the way of Allah'}, our dear people embody this mobilization in their weekly marches, in a noble and magnificent manner, at Al-Sabeen Square in Sana'a Governorate and at other places in other governorates and districts. We witness those dear elders attending willingly, with enthusiasm and interest, expressing their faith, courage, sincerity, and earnestness. The youth, adults, and children enthusiastically participate, bringing a blessed presence and an atmosphere of faith, Jihad, and humanity. It is a great ambience. This represents a nation that is still alive, a free and dignified nation that belongs to Islam and faith. They come forth with courage, bravery, and values. There is no room for boredom, weariness, or stagnation because this situation calls for mobilization. As long as new crimes are committed against the Palestinian people by the Israeli enemy, and as long as the tragedy and suffering of the Palestinian people persist, we will continue, persevere, stand firm, and do everything within our power. We will also strive to go beyond our current efforts and seek to inflict greater harm on the enemy. This is what we hope, pursuit, and strive for.
Despite the horrific crimes committed by the enemy this week, many countries still live a state of inaction and silence. The situation of many regimes in the Arab and Islamic world is similar to what Allah (Glory be to Him) described their counterparts during the time of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH&F) {'Deaf, dumb, and blind, so they return not '}. Truly, they are deaf and dumb, as we don't hear a word from them that expresses a sincere and courageous position. They are blind, not paying attention to the unfolding realities, and they do not listen to the voices of the Palestinian people and their suffering.
In contrast, our dear people do listen. They listen attentively with their emotions and conscience. They see with a sense of responsibility, with a sense of conscience, with a sense of faith. And that is why they mobilize, take initiative, share the pain and hope with the Palestinian people.
Therefore, I call on you and urge you (our dear people, O Yemen of faith, O descendants of the Ansar, O people of the conquerors) to come out tomorrow on the blessed Friday, in these blessed days, which are of great virtue and reward and have their own reward for faith, good deeds, and Jihad. I call on you to come out in millions at Al-Sabeen Square and the rest of the squares in the various governorates and districts, reciting tahleel and takbeer, calling out slogans of disavowal and enmity towards the enemies of Allah, and expressing solidarity, support, and loyalty for the oppressed Palestinian people, for the free people of Gaza—in all the approved squares and according to the approved arrangements. Make the world hear your voice again, and also let the Palestinian people and the free people of Gaza hear your supportive, backing, sincere, and loyal voice again as in every week.
I ask Allah (Glory be to You) to guide us all to what makes Him pleased with us. O Allah, have mercy on our virtuous martyrs, heal the wounded among us, and set free our captives. I also ask Him to hasten victory and relief for the oppressed Palestinian people and their dear mujahidin. He is All-Hearing!
