Speech by Al-Sayyid Abdul Malik Badruddin Al-Houthi on the Latest Developments

Thursday, 28 Rajab 1445 AH (8 February 2024 AD)

I seek refuge in Allah from Shaytan, the outcast.

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful.

Praise is to Allah, Lord of the Worlds. I believe that there is no god but Allah, the Sovereign and the Manifest Truth, and that Muhammad, our master, is His servant, Messenger, and Last Prophet.

O Allah, confer Your salat and blessings upon Muhammad and the Family of Muhammad as You conferred Your salat and blessings upon Ibrahim and the Family of Ibrahim. You are Owner of Praise, Owner of Glory! And be pleased with Muhammad's good companions and all Your righteous servants and mujahidin.

Brothers and sisters, peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.

The unjust, brutal, criminal, and savage Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip continues, with the participation of the United States and Britain, surpassing the seventeenth consecutive week, reaching four months and five days.

This aggression, since its beginning till today, has recorded the highest level of criminality, yet it harvests nothing but disappointment and failure. The statistics that recorded the number of martyrs and wounded and missing ones are not comprehensive statistics as there are many cases that have not been accounted for—the statistics for the massacres, the genocidal massacres, carried out by the Israeli enemy, targeting the people of Gaza, reached 2,370 massacres. These are massacres and crimes of genocide, in which the people in neighborhoods are killed through fire belts, comprehensive bombardment, and comprehensive targeting. They serve as significant evidence of the Israeli enemy's criminal tendency, as it continues its pursuit of exterminating the Palestinian people in Gaza through the method of committing crimes – crimes of genocide and mass killings – by which it kills residents in neighborhoods, regardless of their age, including children and women, in a collective manner.

And it also continues the crimes of execution in the field. When it enters neighborhoods or infiltrates cities and towns, when it sees Palestinians crossing or attempting to move from one city to another or from one neighborhood to another, or when it witnesses the Palestinian people, seeing those who move among them in neighborhoods and streets, it kills many of them in cold blood: It kills the unarmed, children, women, and the elderly and the young in cold blood. In its extreme savagery in committing cold-blooded execution crimes, it has reached executing children in front of their families! This is an extremely horrifying savagery. It deliberately kills some children in front of their families, in full view of their fathers and families, as an act of deliberate criminality, tyranny, injustice, and despotism!

The total number of martyrs and missing ones (usually those under the rubble are expressed as missing individuals who have been identified and counted), reached thirty-five thousand, seven hundred and sixty-seven. There are still others who have not been counted for, as we mentioned earlier. The number of wounded individuals who have been counted reached sixty-seven thousand, one hundred and forty-seven. This is a very high percentage! As we mentioned in previous weeks and as stated in the announced statistics, the majority of those martyrs and wounded ones—the majority of victims in general, including martyrs, the wounded, and the missing, are children and women, with a percentage of 75%. Which savagery is equal to the savagery and criminality the Israeli enemy exhibits?! These statistics, of course, are up until Wednesday, until yesterday.

The Israeli enemy, in its criminal behaviour, still continues to focus its operations and incursions on hospitals. It continues to prevent the entry of medicines and targets healthcare workers and ambulance vehicles. As part of this, it has besieged the Nasser Medical Complex, which houses three hundred medical staff, four hundred and fifty wounded individuals, and ten thousand displaced people. All of them are in direct danger.

The targeting also extends to the wounded with the aim of preventing them from receiving medical care. This also involves targeting ambulance vehicles. In some neighborhoods and streets, it even prohibits ambulance vehicles from entering to provide aid and transport the wounded. It wants them to martyr, and it prevents them from receiving assistance for the purpose of killing and annihilating them.

It prevents the delivery of medicines. The tragedy continues for the wounded, including children and individuals of all ages, in surgical operations and amputations without medical anesthesia. How painful it is! Yet, with its savagery, criminality, and bankruptcy of human ethics and emotions and with the cover provided by the United States and Britain, the Israeli enemy dares to commit such brutality and takes pleasure in the magnitude of suffering endured by even the children and women of the Palestinian people.

It continues to kill medical staff and carry out field executions and seeks to commit acts of genocide through all means available, including methods of killing and destruction, as well as other means such as starvation tactics and preventing food and medicine from reaching the people in Gaza.

Most of the people in the Gaza Strip have become displaced. Cities have been destroyed; homes have been targeted; and even many towns have been razed. As a result, they have become displaced, with many taking refuge in UNRWA schools. Some have also flocked to Rafah in very large numbers and to specific locations. The enemy targets them while they are in these difficult circumstances as displaced people, subjecting them to bombardment, even in UNRWA schools. These days, it appears that the enemy, with the involvement of Britain and the United States, is preparing to target Rafah, aiming to inflict even greater catastrophe upon the displaced and the local residents who have sought refuge there. American and British reconnaissance aircraft play a crucial role, these days, in preparing for this targeting.

The displaced, who constitute the majority of the population, are facing a complex tragedy: On the one hand, they are exposed to bombardment, hunger, and thirst, and on the other, they are confronted with diseases and epidemics spreading among them without any medicines. Moreover, the environment, climate, and living conditions they endure, contribute to the spread of numerous diseases. They don't even have tents; most of them are without shelter, enduring the suffering of harsh cold. Basic services are nonexistent, and they suffer from severe hunger. Some even wish they had martyred from the bombarding instead of enduring the agony of starvation to the extent that deaths from hunger have been reported!

The Israeli enemy has cut off communications from them in order to intensify their suffering. With the conditions of comprehensive bombardment, total destruction, genocide, aggression, and incursions that separate neighborhoods, cities, and towns from each other, many of them no longer know anything about their relatives or others with whom they share family ties, kinship, and so on. People no longer know anything. Among many people there are those who do not know anything about part of their own family. In fact, there are many children who know nothing about their fathers or mothers. It is an extremely tragic situation! One can see them among the displaced, in a state of homelessness, knowing nothing about their fathers, mothers, or families, in a very difficult situation. One of the criminal practices of the Israeli enemy is that in some places, cities, and neighborhoods, it allows children to pass through without their parents, separating them from their families. They excel in committing crimes, injustice, and criminal practices, diversifying and inventing methods that even the allies of Satan, criminals, and oppressors could not have imagined.

The tragedy is comprehensive for the Palestinian people in Gaza, for adults and children, for families, and for everyone. The Israeli enemy has targeted premature babies, infants, and children at all stages of childhood, even – as we mentioned – in cases that were documented and verified, direct execution crimes against them without any justification in front of their families, a comprehensive tragedy.

The tragedy also continues for the patient: those with chronic diseases and those affected by epidemics have lacked medicine, have been prevented from traveling and seeking treatment for whoever in need, and they are in thousands! Medicine is not provided, and there is no opportunity for them to seek treatment abroad. The same applies to the wounded who need to leave for treatment.

Criminality of the enemy continues. Its tremendously atrocious, criminal practices encompass all the elements of evil, tyranny, disbelief, savagery, injustice, and hatred. This happens in plain sight and within the hearing of the world, and many crimes (such as genocide and mass killings) are being broadcasted and watched by the world through live streaming. People watch children and women, adults and young ones as they have become martyrs under the rubble, amidst the ruins, on the streets, at schools, and in other locations due to that aggression.

It is evident that until now, despite the passing of more than four months, we do not witness any serious efforts from those who present themselves as international institutions, with relevance and responsibility in seeking to stop wars, to halt injustice, or to end aggressions. The Security Council is evidently a council to secure the arrogant only. It is concerned only with the security of Americans, the security of Israelis, the security of the British, the security of the French, and the security of certain countries. As for the rest of the world, it does not care about them, nor does it care about what is happening to their peoples. Moreover, the United States, which plays a fundamental role in the Security Council, is itself a source of evil, criminality, injustice, and tyranny against oppressed peoples. It has a direct role and partnership in the crimes committed against the Palestinian people and their ongoing suffering. The United Nations issues statements but has not yet issued designation that it issues against oppressed peoples. Despite that, its statements are faced with reprimands and condemnation, as well as harsh words and cruelty in expression. If it issues a specific statement or if the Secretary-General of the United Nations makes a statement or takes a particular position, it is met with contempt, reprimand, scolding, threats, insults, and other forms of such reactions.

At the international level, there is no strong, effective, influential, tangible international action to prevent such injustice and to halt such criminality. The Americans have a fundamental role in this international abandonment, despite all this time passing and despite the fact that there are daily genocide crimes, hundreds of martyrs and casualties (the majority of who are children and women), and extremely horrific crimes that bring shame to humanity. The American role is the basis for the abandonment of the international community. Those statements that sometimes come as a maximum expression of the positions of certain entities have no impact, importance, or effectiveness due to the negative American role and its participation in the crime against the Palestinian people.

Despite such tyranny, aggression, and criminality of the Israeli enemy and the abandonment of the International community, despite the magnitude of crimes and comprehensive destruction, and despite the extensive participation of the Americans and the British (including experts, administrators, and planners, as well as reconnaissance and surveillance aircraft, intelligence services, and the provision of shells, missiles, bombs, financial support, political support, media support, and all forms of support, participation, and assistance the Americans and the British provide) with the Israeli enemy whose accumulative potentials and military capabilities have reached their peak in the final stage (the Israeli army and its internal situation is unstable and suffers problems at the spiritual level, but its material potentials and material military capabilities have reached the highest point) with the Americans' open support—despite all the extremely tremendous criminality and savagery and direct American and British partnership,  the Israeli enemy failed to achieve its announced objectives in the face of the great Palestinian steadfastness in every sense of the word, the steadfastness of  the mujahidin, and the steadfastness of the rest of the people and residents.

The Israeli enemy has failed to achieve its declared goal of eliminating the mujahidin in the Gaza Strip. It aspired – and announced it as an objective – to end their presence and effectiveness and to eliminate them in the Gaza Strip. However, the mujahidin in the Gaza Strip (thanks to Allah and with the success, help, assistance, and victory He grants) remain highly cohesive, and their jihadist and combat performance is extremely effective; they continue to carry out joint operations. The escalation of events and challenges has elevated their level of cooperation, unity, and collective efforts. They are executing effective joint operations, and the magnificent, heroic scenes of the mujahidin in Al-Qassam Brigades as they carry out operations to target and destroy Israeli tanks, as well as the operations carried out by all factions of the resistance in the Gaza Strip, are effective and impactful. After the Israeli enemy carries out a major operation of comprehensive destruction, they engage in compact the Israeli enemy at point-blank range. They emerge from the rubble, from devastated homes, and sometimes even from areas that have been completely razed, targeting its tanks, soldiers, and even the Israeli enemy's engineering brigades. They inflict direct losses on the Israeli enemy while it moves under significant air protection and cover: The Israeli tank moves with a helicopter above it, and above the helicopter, there is the warplane. There , the Israeli army directs all its potentials in surveillance and monitoring and all its weapons and military potentials to target any objective that appears before it. Despite all of this, the mujahidin move forward with effective, impactful operations, in sniping, in skirmishes, and in the destruction of military vehicles, with remarkable effectiveness. This effectiveness remains evident, and the failure of the Israeli enemy (with all its power, potentials, and actions of bombing, destruction, targeting, and invading certain cities and neighborhoods) is evident. Indeed, their failure is clear.

Also, the Israeli failed to get its captives and regain them without exchange deals, which is one of the most important goals it declared. Its failure in this regard is evident, and there are ongoing demonstrations held by the families of the captives that affiliate with the Israeli enemy and the Zionists. In Tel Aviv, there are ongoing demonstrations and protests to this failure.

Moreover, it failed to displace the residents of the Gaza Strip outside the Strip, and it is evident that this was, and perhaps still is, a goal or a hope and wish for the enemy. At the beginning of its operations, its leaders declared their intention to displace the residents of the Gaza Strip, and the Americans have shared this goal and position with it. As we have been informed, the Americans might have also sought to persuade some Arab countries to accept that. They wanted to completely displace the residents from the Gaza Strip. And one of the practical goals of this dreadful criminality practiced by the Israeli enemy against civilians fueled by the great hatred, criminality, and aggression is to break the will of the residents and the mujahidin and to put pressure on the residents so that no elements of life and of the continuation of presence in the Gaza Strip are available. It failed a major failure in the face of all of that; this failure is measured by the magnitude of the criminality, aggression, bombardment, as well as the intervention of the American and British forces and the magnitude of its capabilities. Actually, it is a significant failure to this extent. The resilience of the mujahidin in the Gaza Strip in that difficult situation and with their extremely limited potentials is a sign of Allah’s signs, and it is evidence to the divine victory and support they receive while inflicting severe losses on the enemy and causing hundreds, if not thousands, of casualties in the army of the enemy.

The resilience and steadfastness demonstrated by the mujahidin and the residents of Gaza is considered a noble page in the history of the Palestinian people. It is also of the signs of a promising, bright future for the Palestinian people with the inevitable relief that Allah has promised and the inevitable vanishing of the Israeli enemy. That is because Allah (Glory be to Him) is the supporter of the oppressed. When a people move forward with faith, complete trust in Allah (the Almighty), and reliance upon Him, fulfilling their duties and responsibilities and fulfilling everything they have to do within their religious, human, faith-based commitments and holding firmly to their just cause (despite being oppressed people who have a just cause and stand on the position of right), Allah has promised to grant victory, and He never fails in His promise: {‘And whose promise is truer than Allah's?’}. The inevitable vanishing of the Israeli enemy is a divine promise affirmed by Allah (Glory be to Him) at the beginning of Surah Al-Isra. Therefore, this divine promise will be fulfilled. The more the Palestinian people – despite their immense oppression – intensify this level of effort, jihad, sacrifice, and hard work, and the more progress they achieve in fulfilling their responsibilities, the closer they draw to the divine victory, which is inevitable.

Among the signs of failure for the Israeli army is their obligation to increase the duration of mandatory and voluntary service, as well as the American estimation, all of which have become evident. The Americans estimate that the Israeli army needs at least five years to repair its losses and recover the blow it suffered on 7 October, not to mention the subsequent losses and the significant damage inflicted at the psychological level due to the killings, injuries, damages that have great spiritual effects, and defeat and failure on the battlefield. Although it advances with its immense capabilities to invade Khan Yunis, it gets defeated right after, day after day, in spite of all its potentials. That is why it unwillingly turns to negotiations. Its engaging in negotiations is one of the indicators of its failure. The diplomatic track, which is active these days—the movement in the diplomatic track and negotiations is one of the obvious manifestations of despair among the Israelis (even though they resist) and despair among the Americans (even though they also resist to some extent). Nonetheless, their circumstances do not allow them to endlessly continue at this pace of aggression and at this level of war.

The Israelis are accustomed to conducting swift wars; they are not accustomed to prolonged, continuous warfare. The exhaustion experienced by their army is evident, and they send out entire military brigades for complete reconstitution every now and then. they experience damage and fatigue and their army becomes weary. They are not accustomed to prolonged, relentless wars, with daily confrontations. In addition, they have internal problems, significant losses on economic and spiritual levels, and great losses unprecedently-shaken internal situation. There are many factors that have been discussed among many specialists studying the Israeli situation.

The role of the Americans is essential in the continuation of the aggression on the Gaza Strip. Indeed, The American role is crucial. There are elections, problems, and specific circumstances in the United State. There are also economic losses. The Americans face problems in expanding the scope of the war and have become entangled in multiple fronts, such as Iraq and Yemen. They are engaged on various fronts, and the conflict has expanded more and more, which costs them a lot, causes concerns, and has an impact on them.

The situation in Britain is also described as shaky and fragile, both economically and internally, in addition to other factors and causes.

The steadfastness of the mujahidin in Palestine, accompanied with patience and sacrifice, is rewarded with victory from Allah (Glory be to Him). Allah is the supporter of the oppressed and the ultimate reliance, in contrast to the continuous abandonment by many Arab regimes and several regimes in the Islamic world that content themselves with watching inactively or, at best, issuing some statements and declaration. Moreover, some regimes play a clear negative role on the political level. It is strange for some regimes that the devils from the Americans and Israelis whisper to them to take advantage of these events, especially when addressing the post-war situation and aggression on the Gaza Strip, how the situation in Gaza will unfold, and who will be responsible for managing the situation in Gaza. They are tempted by their Zionist devils to think about gaining from this tragedy and situation within the framework of a normalization deal. This is an extremely bad, negative, inhumane, and unethical way of thinking. Those who consider capitalizing on the tragedy of Gaza to achieve gains in the frame work of normalization deals, are engaging in devilish, inhumane, and unethical thinking. Such illusions, dreams, and hopes will not materialize for those Arab regimes that – instead of providing support and assistance to the Palestinian people, even on the diplomatic, political, and humanitarian levels – betray the Palestinian people in all that and think in a different way, yet ‘Out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks’.

The negative role of some Arab regimes, characterized by their negligence, complicity, and conspiracy, is dangerous and is a stain of disgrace upon them, concerning the tremendous tragedy and appalling injustice the Palestinian people suffer from. It is a grave sin that Allah (Glory be to Him) will not forgive. Allah (Glory be to Him) is the Lord of all worlds, the King of the heavens and the earth, and the One who rewards His servants based on their positions, actions, and behaviours: {‘So, whoever does an atom's weight of good will see it. And whoever does an atom's weight of evil will see it’}. Collaboration and complacency in the face of what is happening there have consequences and pose a danger to those who adopt such negative direction.

The other role of the remaining countries serves as an important lesson for our peoples in general, not to rely on international organizations and institutions, nor on systems here or there, no matter how clear or large their oppression is. As we see in the Gaza Strip, the steadfastness of the Palestinian people is what is relied on. This is accompanied by the role of supporting fronts.

First, the Hezbollah front in Lebanon is a major, effective, and hot front that offers martyrs every day and engages in direct battles. Also, it has a significant impact on the Israeli enemy, which receives severe blows to its soldiers and destructive hits to its military equipment. The influence of the Hezbollah front in Lebanon is substantial in occupying the enemy and engaging a significant portion of its forces, in inflicting suffering on the enemy, in forcing hundreds of thousands of Zionists to flee, etc. It has a very wide-ranging impact.

The Iraqi front is a dedicated and supportive front that targets both the Israeli and American enemies. It offers sacrifices and engages in effective confrontations. Therefore, the Americans have escalated their confrontation with it and targeted leaders among dear mujahidin. In this context, we offer our blessings and condolences to our mujahidin brothers in Iraq for the martyrdom of their leaders for contributing greatly to supporting the Palestinian people.

In the supporting fronts comes the role of the Yemeni front in targeting the Zionist enemy in occupied Palestine and engages in maritime operations. It is a continuous front that will persist until the aggression and blockade on Gaza are lifted.

The targeting of the Israeli enemy has continued throughout this week. Since our statement last week till today, the targeting of the Israeli enemy persisted. Targeting has been directed towards ‘Umm al-Rashrash’ which the Zionist enemy refers to as Eilat. Actually, bombardment has impacted Eilat ‘Umm al-Rashrash’, and naval operations have impacted the enemy's situation there—at all levels, it is no longer a safe. At the beginning of the aggression on Gaza, the Israeli enemy was hoping that ‘Umm al-Rashrash’, referred to as Eilat, would be completely safe and that Zionist groups would flock towards it, particularly from the areas of heated confrontations, just like what is going on in what they call the Gaza Strip and elsewhere. However, Eilat is no longer secure. In fact, it has become an area targeted by rockets, and this is evident and openly proclaimed by the Zionists staying there. They are in a constant state of anxiety and fear.

As a result, its economic status has been noticeably affected. Even those involved there, from the Israeli enemy's side, including their officials, speak about the losses and the damages they face in the economic situation. Actually, it used to be a tourist area for them, but they have lost that. Indeed, it has become an area of fear and anxiety. Many economic activities have been disrupted, including the role of its port (the port of Umm al-Rashrash), on which the Zionist enemy relied as one of the most important ports. It holds its economic significance at the level of the Israeli situation in general, for Umm al-Rashrash itself (which it refers to as Eilat) and for the settlements there, and on a broader and more comprehensive level. In fact, it holds economic significance for the enemy in general in terms of the benefit from the financial and economic returns of the port there. Indeed, the loss is significant, to the extent that the port may become non-operational, a completely idle port with no activity.

This week, operations continued at sea and the Bab al-Mandeb Strait. The movement of the ships associated with Israel has become virtually non-existent.  As for the ships owned by the Israeli enemy, their movement has ground to a complete stop from the Bab al-Mandeb Strait to the Red Sea. This is a real achievement and a true victory. The ships used to transit constantly; it was a primary route for Zionist enemy's commercial maritime movement, so its ships constantly passed through there. However, their movement has been completely disrupted. Consequently, it has relied heavily on other ships it charters to transport its goods in order to pass through there. When they were targeted, the situation also became a major problem for it because it is a situation that makes it difficult for it to pass with any of its goods, whether in ships it owns or through other ships. As a result, this has inflicted significant losses on them. This is well-known and evident. The extent of the Israeli enemy's significant economic damage due to these operations is undeniable, as discussed and acknowledged by the Israelis themselves. They talk about numbers and billions of losses they have incurred as a result of these operations. Western media outlets also report on that, providing figures as well. This is an evident matter. The Israeli enemy has been severely affected, and this has had an impact on its economic situation. It has even hindered the arrival of sheep and cattle it imports from Australia. Indeed, it obstructed the commercial movement it greatly benefited from.

Additionally, both the Americans and the British have been involved in the aggression against our country due to their efforts to protect Israeli ships and to seek the continued flow of goods, potentials, and logistic support to the Israeli enemy through the Red Sea and the Bab al-Mandeb Strait, supporting the Israeli enemy, participating in its aggression against the Gaza Strip, and protecting Israeli criminality to continue against the people of Gaza, including the blockade and denial of entry of food and medicine to the people of Gaza.

Both the Americans and the British have been involved in order to achieve this goal. When they say that they seek to protect international navigation, it is a lie: They do nothing for other countries, and they are not concerned about them. Will the United States think about protecting Chinese navigation, the navigation of any country here or there, protecting Russian navigation, or protecting other countries from the countries that are of no importance to the United States?

In fact, the Americans and the British (both of them) just care about supporting Israel, protecting Zionist criminality, endorsing the crimes the Israeli enemy commits against the people of Gaza, and preventing anything that worries the Israeli enemy. Because the Israeli enemy is deeply involved in its aggression against Gaza, lacks boldness, does not have the circumstances that allow him to expand the scope of its battle here or there, and desires to remain focused on the battle in the Gaza Strip and its confrontation with Hezbollah, the Americans and the British have assumed this role on its behalf. They fight with it and alongside it.

They got involved in the aggression against our country for this reason. This has cost the Americans and the British significant economic losses. They entangled themselves to be part of the problem itself and to be targeted along with the Israeli enemy because they protect and collaborate with it. They attack our country by committing killings and conducting bombardment against our country in order to support the Israeli enemy and provide protection for Zionist criminality. Indeed, they have entangled themselves, and due to this entanglement, they have become the affected parties. The real, primary, and greatly affected victim of the operations in the Red Sea is the Israelis, along with the Americans and the British, as they have implicated themselves with the Israeli enemy. It has become well-known even with shipping companies and at sea that the confrontation is with the Americans and the British.

The Americans and the British, due to their aggression against our country in support of the Israeli enemy and in collaboration with it without any legitimate reason, are targeted by our country’s operations and by the Yemeni Armed Forces at sea, targeting their ships and vessels in strong, effective operations.

This week, there were five operations, including a major operation, described by the Americans themselves as an engagement that lasted fourteen hours. The American enemy remained at sea for fourteen hours, facing missiles and drones. These were effective, impactful operations. Media outlets, including even American and Western ones, discuss the extent of the losses incurred by the Americans and the British as a result of that.

The American and British involvement has negative consequences for themselves, and it will not achieve any of their goals. They will not be able to protect Israeli ships, nor will their aggression succeed in maintaining the flow of ships heading to the Israeli enemy or those associated with it. It is a failed and futile objective (by the grace of Allah – the Almighty – and with His divine support) as proven by practical experience. It will not benefit them in any way, for they have become targeted forces at sea. Perhaps the Americans are facing such a predicament for the first time: their ships and vessels are clearly targeted. It is possibly the first time for them since World War II to face such a situation.

It would have been better if the Americans and the Israelis – and it is the correct solution and the right position – ended the blockade on Gaza and allowed food and medicine to enter Gaza. However, instead of accepting a humanitarian position (in the true sense of the word) by allowing the entry of food and medicine to the Gaza Strip as a whole, the Americans took a risky move, entering into a war, confrontation, and a significant problem, engaging in a confrontation with our country and getting their ships and warships to become targets for our operations as a result of their aggression and their endeavor to protect Israeli vessels. Indeed, they took a risk of escalating the conflict and a risk of significant economic losses. They are who affect international navigation by the militarization of the Red Sea and its transformation into a war zone. They seek to disturb other countries. However, many countries understand the situation well and realize that if there is a threat to maritime traffic and commercial vessels in the Red Sea, it originates from the Americans, not from Yemen. This is the truth. It is the Americans and the British who pose a threat to the commercial vessels of other countries. There is no danger to it from Yemen at all., for the targeted entity in the maritime operations is the Israelis, and when the Americans and the British got involved with it, they have also become targets. That is the truth of the matter.

Our operations continue as long as the aggression and blockade on Gaza persist. It is a must to deliver food, medicine, and humanitarian needs to all parts of the Gaza Strip. The heinous, atrocious crimes and the acts of genocide against the people of Gaza must be stopped. Otherwise, our operation will continue.

Clearly, our operations are clear and specific, targeting the Israeli enemy, and when the Americans and the British became involved with it, they also became targets. There is no other country targeted. With further coordination with us, all countries can have increased comfort in their commercial activities. They can be reassured and should never listen to the American interference in this matter.

The American and British strikes that occurred this week on our country, totaling eighty-six airstrikes and naval bombardments, have no impact whatsoever on diminishing the capabilities of our country. When the Americans talk about the influence of the strikes in reducing our country's military capabilities, it is merely empty talk and consolation for themselves. They are trying to amuse themselves and save face to some extent. On the other hand, they admit – starting from the U.S. President and other leaders of the U.S. military – that they are unable to prevent Yemeni strikes on ships associated with Israel. They admit that themselves, but when they say that their strikes will limit, lessen, and so on, it is nonsense. Their strikes do not diminish the capabilities of our country. The strikes are ongoing, effective, and impactful and have had a clear effect, thanks to Allah (the Almighty): There are clear numbers and clear tangible results. The right solution is to deliver food and medicine to Gaza, to the Palestinian people, and to the oppressed and suffering people of Gaza. Continuing the strikes will not benefit the United States, Britain, or Israel. What they are doing is aggression and violation of sovereignty, but their danger will rebound on them. Even if there is a negative impact, it also rebounds on them, and it has a positive impact on us – as we have repeatedly emphasized – in developing military capabilities at an accelerated pace and in a distinguished manner.

Some American newspapers have also spoken about the tactics used in the strikes from Yemen, stating that Americans have started to attempt to benefit in other areas from this tactic, which they were surprised by in the strikes from our country. Thanks be to Allah, there has been progress in terms of tactics, manufacturing, and the development of military capabilities. The military operations carried out by our country are in support of the Palestinian people. In its military aspect, which includes rockets, drones, and other military means, it is part of a comprehensive movement by our dear people in 'the Battle of the Promised Victory and the Holy Jihad'. Another crucial part of this movement is mobilization and military training and qualification. The capabilities, in terms of military readiness and preparedness, have been accumulated and developed (by the grace of Allah).

The outputs of mobilization and military training and qualification amount to tens of thousands, in addition to hundreds of thousands. This is accompanied by widespread popular interaction and the massive presence of millions in the demonstrations. What has significant importance is this comprehensive movement with (winged, ballistic, and naval) missiles, with drones, and with many other means, in addition to military mobilization, presence in the squares, and participation in demonstrations. Our people do not hesitate to do anything or take any action (such as all forms of solidarity, support, and cooperation) they can participate in supporting the Palestinian people; this is of great importance.

The wide popular position, the massive presence in demonstrations, and the genuine interaction among our dear people are taken into account a thousand times by the enemy. The Americans look at this comprehensive view of our country's reality and see a people (millions of people) moving within this position, supporting it, and directing towards it. The Americans see a massive military force, hundreds of thousands of mujahidin who possess military expertise and capabilities and who have been engaged in combat for years. The Americans also see an armed people and recognize the presence of an organized military force: the Yemeni army, a battle-tested army. The Americans are aware of this fact because they have supervised aggression against this country for nine years. They understand and know that this army is prepared, equipped, trained, battle-hardened, and experienced with extensive and variable experience, in which they have faced various American tactics. The aggression on our country was carried out using American tactics, technology, and weapons. It has killed us with American bombs and targeted our country with American aircraft, missiles, and bombs. The battles and wars were managed by American experts and advisors. So they know very well what country this is, what army this is, and who this people are. Alongside this army, they see this activity of extensive military mobilization which has ongoing outputs, expansive training centers, and wide-ranging training and qualification activities. They also see a people that are fighters by nature, are armed, possess millions of weapons, are ready on both spiritual and psychological levels, carry the will of jihad in the path of Allah (Glory be to Him), and wholeheartedly and earnestly engage with the Palestinian people, their oppression, and the oppression of the people of Gaza. They fully understand all these realities, for they put their focus on people.

When the ballistic, winged, or naval missile is launched, it represents the entire people, is launched by them, and embodies the will of the entire people. Therefore, the Americans calculate a thousand calculations for this situation in the country: for the popular position, military readiness, serious orientation, and sincere determination. Otherwise, the American response would be different from what is happening.

The Americans – as we have said – are arrogant, haughty, and unaccustomed to getting their ships and warships struck by missiles and respond with merely small or limited strikes to limited targets here or there or strikes that have no real impact here or there. They invade entire countries, and they (the Americans) sometimes fabricate an untrue issue, making it a justification to invade a people.

The American policy is an imperialistic, aggressive, and arrogant policy. The Americans practice tyranny, and their orientations and policies are indeed a true reflection of tyranny and arrogance. For their ships and warships being targeted and for their suffering as a result of that, they would usually respond differently; they would invade Yemen entirely, but they did not dare do so. They are looking for who would fight on the ground on its behalf, instead of sending their own army to the battlefield. The Americans and the British did not dare to send their army to the battlefield to fight. They are searching for mercenaries, for cheap tools whose blood has no value to them . They are searching for people whose souls, bloods, and lives are of no value to the Americans and the British so that they become the ones to fight on their behalf as proxies and cheap tools. They will not dare to freely confront our people in a ground war with direct military intervention because they see this situation.

Therefore, I affirm to our dear people that our position carries this weight, this significance, and this impact, for it has been our country’s comprehensive movement at the popular level: this wide presence, this extensive interaction, these extensive activities, in which the whole world saw that the position of our people is heading with all seriousness and with doing everything it can to support the Palestinian people and stand with them. As a result, it is important for us to continue our movement with this integration in our presence in the squares and in full and extensive interaction.

Hence, it is expected that our people will continue tirelessly and without fatigue. As long as the Israeli aggression on Gaza and the blockade persist, we will continue with words, actions, rockets, drones, events, and demonstrations, and the comprehensive movement will remain. In fact, as we said the day before yesterday, our path is originally one of escalation as long as the humanitarian tragedy in Gaza worsens and injustice and mass killing of the people in Gaza continue.

The American and British battle with us is not for international navigation but for Israeli navigation, to protect Israeli criminality. Indeed, the British are playing an aggressive and audacious role without any justification. They stated that they would participate with the Americans in the battle against only Yemen, not on other fronts, such as in Iraq, against Hezbollah, in Syria, or other areas—only against Yemen! This aggression towards the Yemeni people is still carried by the British since their previous colonization in Aden. If they have any remaining dreams, let them realize that they are mere illusions and false fantasies. They will not have the ability to implement them in reality. They cannot colonize our country again. If they have any of these delusions, it is a psychological illness whose cure and treatment is available with us: the ballistic missiles that burn their ships, destroy them at sea, and target them with significant strikes. If the previous dose to their ship, which remained in fire from night to night, was not sufficient to treat them from this psychological ailment, then it is possible to administer more doses to them, and we possess them by the grace of Allah, the Almighty.

There is no benefit for the Americans or the British in the aggression against our country. The only fruitful solution is the entry of food and medicine to the people of Gaza and the cessation of the crimes of genocide against Gaza.

In this context, we advise the Americans and the British to adopt a positive position towards Hamas's response to the proposals within the framework of the diplomatic efforts led by Qatar and Egypt. The only way to end the problem is through ceasing the aggression and blockade on Gaza. Hamas has provided a response to the proposals submitted to them. It is expected that they would positively engage with this response in order to find a way out of the predicament they are in. Continuing with criminality, aggression in Gaza, and aggression against our dear people will not yield any results in their favour.

Last week, on Friday, our dear people took to street, embodying their loyalty, sincerity, and freedom by steadfastly persisting in their position, both in words and actions. This week, I direct my call to you, our dear people, to participate in a massive, grand, and honourable turnout, a turnout of millions that angers the enemies and expresses our steadfastness in our position.

We will not abandon the squares as long as Palestinian blood is shed, as long as the tears of the widowed and orphans are shed, as long as the enemy continues with its criminality and brutality, and as long as infant formula is prohibited in Gaza. We will persist in our position by launching ballistic and winged missiles and deploying drones. Mobilization activities, which are an integral part of military preparedness, will continue and expand, by the will of Allah. The demonstrations and the loud, thunderous voice of our people will remain, and so will their position. That is because they speak and act, and they act and speak within the framework of responding to Allah (the Almighty), their jihad in His cause, and their support for their oppressed and persecuted brothers in Palestine.

At the global level, it is also important to continue with demonstrations, media activities, and movements aimed at urging, encouraging, and emphasizing the boycott of American and Israeli goods.

Our operations, demonstrations, and strikes are ongoing, and we are confident that Allah will grant us victory. Indeed, and the best outcome is for the righteous.

We sincerely say to the Palestinian people and their mujahidin, ‘You are not alone. Allah is with you; our people are with you; and all the free people in this world are with you. We stand with you until victory, in word and act. We are confident in the victory, and the best outcome is for the righteous’.

Peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.
