The public speech of Al-Sayyid Abdul Malik Badruddin Al-Houthi, Leader of the Revolution (May Allah protect him), on the birth anniversary of the Prophet (PBUH&F)

Wednesday, 12th Rabiulawal, 1445 AH (27th September 2023 CE)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful.

May Allah look with favour upon you.

May Allah bless you and be a rewarder to you.

I welcome all of you, as well as all Arab and Islamic communities joining us today.

No wonder! This is you in your faith and your love for the Messenger of Allah (Peace be upon him and his family).

Let my very being be sacrificed in defence of you, people of faithfulness, Yemen of faith and wisdom!

I seek refuge in Allah from Shaytan, the outcast.

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful.

{'Allah is the Light of the heavens and the earth. His light is like a niche in which there is a lamp, the lamp is in a crystal, the crystal is like a shining star, lit from a blessed olive tree, neither to the east nor the west, whose oil would almost glow, even without being touched by fire. Light upon light! Allah guides whoever He wills to His light. And Allah sets forth parables for humanity. For Allah has knowledge of all things'}.

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful.

All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of all worlds. I bear witness that there is no god but Allah, the Sovereign, the Clear Truth. And I bear witness that our master Muhammad is His servant and messenger, the seal of the prophets. Allah sent him as a mercy to the worlds, to guide people from darkness to light, to save them from ignorance, to free them from the worship of taghut, and to guide them to the straight path of Allah. He delivered the messages of Allah, struggled in the cause of Allah, and established the foundations of truth.

{'Indeed, Allah and His angels confer salat upon the Prophet. O you who have attained faith, pray for salat upon him and salute him with worthy greetings of peace'}.

O Allah, confer Your salat and blessings upon Muhammad and the Family of Muhammad as You conferred Your salat and blessings upon Ibrahim and the Family of Ibrahim. You are Owner of Praise, Owner of Glory! And be pleased with Muhammad's good companions from the Muhajirin and the Ansar and with all Your righteous servants. And admit us, by Your mercy, into the company of Your righteous servants.

Dear honourable attendees, brothers and sisters in all the places of celebration on this glorious occasion, the birth anniversary of the Messenger of Allah, the seal of the prophets, the chosen one of Allah's creation, and the best of His servants: Muhammad ibn Abdillah ibn Abdul Mutalib ibn Hashem (PBUH&F),

peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.

I extend to you and to all the children of our dear people and our Islamic Ummah the utmost congratulations on the grandest occasion celebrated by humanity: the blessed birth anniversary and the auspicious coming of the Messenger of Allah, Muhammad (PBUH&F). His birth was a birth of light and a coming of goodness and salvation, at a time when the world as a whole was immersed in darkness, gross ignorance, and clear deviation. Human societies in different parts of the earth were captive to misery, loss, injustice, oppression, and enslavement.

The indications and preludes to the blessed birth of the Messenger of Allah (PBUH&F) were marked by the remarkable incident of the People of the Elephant, the army loyal to the Roman Empire. They set out towards the sacred city of Makkah during the Abyssinian control over Yemen, with the aim of destroying the revered Kaaba, seizing Makkah, and preventing the divine project of human salvation in the final era and the sealing message. However, Allah thwarted their evil plans, misguided them, sent upon them birds in flocks, and annihilated them, as mentioned in Surah Al-Fil. This incident is a testimony to the truthfulness of Allah's statement: {'Allah’s Will always prevails, but most people do not know'}.

In the Year of the Elephant, the Messenger of Allah, the seal of the prophets, was born: Muhammad ibn Abdillah ibn Abdul Mutalib (PBUH&F). He grew up as an orphan due to the death of his father and later his mother. Allah (Glory be to Him) took care of him, as He said, {'Did He not find you as an orphan then sheltered you?'}. He arranged for him special and distinct care, first through his grandfather Abdul Mutalib and then through his uncle Abu Talib. So he enjoyed a blessed, pure, and unique upbringing, characterized by remarkable qualities in his wisdom, manners, and purity from the contamination of the Era of Ignorance and its polytheism and vices. He was prepared by divine providence for the great mission: the sacred and universal divine message.

The movement of the Messenger with the divine message in its prominent and important aspect

At the age of forty, Allah (Glory be to Him) commissioned him with the message to all of humanity and revealed upon him the eternal miracle, the Holy Quran, which contains the divine message and the inheritance of prophethood and the previous divine scriptures, to guide people out of darkness to light, as Allah (the Almighty) says:

{'This is a book We have sent down to you, that you may bring mankind out of darknesses into the light by permission of their Lord, to the path of the Mighty, the Praiseworthy. Allah, to Whom belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. And woe to the disbelievers from a severe torment! The ones who prefer the worldly life over the Hereafter and avert from the way of Allah, seeking to make it deviant. Those are in extreme error'}.

The Prophet (PBUH&F) began his mission with the divine message in the blessed city of Makkah. There, the majority of Quraysh faced him with denial, accusations, and intense hostility: They leveled various accusations against him, including madness, sorcery, poetry, and falsehood, and they persecuted the oppressed Muslims and sought to assassinate the Messenger of Allah (PBUH&F). This continued for a period of ten to thirteen years. Then, Allah permitted him to migrate to Yathrib (Al-Madinah), the dwelling place of the Aus and Khazraj tribes, who believed in him, supported him, defended him, and bore the flag of Islam. They were brought out of darkness into light, and a new phase began. In this phase, the foundation of the Muslim Ummah was laid, overcoming all the challenges, conspiracies, and enemies and presenting a distinguished example of Islam, which made very obvious the enormous difference between and the remnants of ignorance.

The Messenger (PBUH&F) continued his efforts to guide people from darkness into light through his movement with the book of Allah (the Holy Quran). He directed himself towards guiding people, changing their dark, erroneous, and misguided concepts and ideas and striving to purify their souls and nurture them with noble ethics.

The first theme when it comes to guiding people from darkness into light is to liberate them from slavery to other than Allah. Unfortunately, when humans deviated from the path of Allah, disregarded His messages, and followed misguided individuals, they adopted beliefs of polytheism and associated partners with Allah in His divinity, considering them as partners to Allah and themselves as slaves to these partners: Some believed in idols as gods, some in the sun, stars, or animals, some in tyrants or jinn, and others in angels or prophets. This false belief persists in many societies. Many Christians in America and the West consider themselves slaves to the Prophet Isa (Jesus—PBUH), while in reality, they idolize materialism and desires, deviating from the path of Prophet Isa (PBUH), who rejected polytheism. In other societies, there are those who have others gods! How can those who hold beliefs of being slaves to other than Allah carry the banner of freedom? Moreover, they, as well as those who follow them, grant humans the right to legislate and govern over their fellow humans, apart from Allah. This is an act of enslaving people.

In contrast, the message of Allah, His prophets, and His scriptures emancipate humanity from all forms of servitude to other than Allah, in terms of belief, attitude, and practice, for all people are slaves to Allah alone. No one has the right to divinity and enslavement except Allah, because He is their true Lord, Creator, and Owner, and everything in the heavens and the earth belongs to Him. This is the true meaning of freedom and what can translate freedom in reality. The divine message builds a truly free society, where no one is a slave to another, and everyone is solely a slave to Allah, the Lord of all worlds. The principle of monotheism is the primary theme of Allah's message: Allah says, {'He sends down the angels with revelation by His command to whomever He wills of His servants, “Warn that there is no god except Me, so be mindful of Me "'}. Anything that human beings worship other than Allah, in terms of belief or practice, is false, misleading, and evil and deprives humans of freedom in its true sense.

Following the Quran in his movement, the Messenger (PBUH&F) sought to achieve this sacred goal of liberating the human society. Certainly, true freedom can only be realized by following him, having faith in his message, and seeking guidance from the light of Allah (the Quran). Anything other than that is darkness in which humans wander and enslave themselves to taghut and Shaytan.

With the light of the Quran, the noble Prophet moved to confront the darkness of ignorance.

One of the prominent aspects of the Era of Ignorance (the pre-Islamic era) and its darkness was oppression: the injustice of humans towards their fellow humans. It became a common practice among empires, states, various entities, tribes, families, and relatives. As a result, the values of justice faded away, and the law of the jungle prevailed, allowing the strong to prey on the weak.

The Messenger of Allah (PBUH&F) moved forward with the light of the Quran and his blessed teachings, purifying souls, establishing values of mercy, goodness, and justice, and engaging in jihad and confronting the oppressors. The aim was to lead people out of the darkness of injustice into the light of justice and equity, the establishing of which is one of the primary objectives of the divine message and enjoys tremendous significance in it and the focus of many instructions and teachings: Allah (Glory be to Him) says, {'Indeed, We sent Our messengers with clear proofs, and with them We sent down the Scripture and the balance so that people may administer equity. And We sent down iron with its great might, benefits for humanity, and means for Allah to prove who stand up for Him and His messengers without seeing Him. Surely Allah is All-Powerful, Almighty'}. He also says, {'O believers! Stand firm for equity as witnesses for Allah even if it is against yourselves, your parents, or close relatives. Be they rich or poor, Allah is best to ensure their interests. So do not let your desires cause you to deviate . If you distort the testimony or refuse to give it, then Allah is certainly All-Aware of what you do'}. And He further says, {'O believers! Stand firm for Allah and bear true testimony. Do not let the hatred of a people lead you to injustice. Be just! That is closer to righteousness. And be mindful of Allah. Surely Allah is All-Aware of what you do'}.

One of the prominent aspects of the Era of Ignorance and its darkness was the degradation of human dignity in all its forms. In the eyes and laws of that era, humans were considered expendable: Their lives, honour, and wealth could be violated and exploited as long as it served the interests, desires, or ambitions of those who had the power to put their hands on any of that by force or deception. In the view of that era, its tyrants, and its evil supporters, humans were cheap and disposable, and what mattered was their own interests.

The Messenger of Allah (PBUH&F) moved forward with the light of the Quran to change those concepts and the dark reality built upon them, and he sought to restore the dignity of human beings through the revelation of Allah (the Almighty), which clarified the honour of humans, their status, their true role, and their inviolability with regard to their lives, honour, and wealth. Allah (Glory be to Him) emphasized in His book the honour of humans in their creation and the reality of their lives: He (the Almighty) said, {'Indeed, We created humans in the best form'}, and He (Glory be to Him) said, {'And We have certainly honoured the children of Adam and carried them on the land and sea and provided for them of the good things and preferred them over much of what We have created, with preference'}. Allah also commanded the angels to prostrate to Adam, the father of humanity, and this is a great honour!

One aspect of honouring human beings is that Allah bestowed upon humanity the greatest guides and leaders, His prophets and messengers, who reached a high level of human and moral perfection, righteousness, knowledge, wisdom, and self-purification. They held a special status with Allah and showed great mercy for people and dedication to guiding and saving people. Furthermore, Allah revealed His books to them, containing valuable instructions and guidance through which humans can elevate themselves, attain righteousness and wisdom, and get to the path of success, salvation, honour, and dignity in this world and the Hereafter. He also clarified the noble purpose of human existence in this life, where He has provided them with everything in the heavens and the earth, and explained the accountability of human actions, as stated in the Holy Quran: {'So whoever does an atom's weight of good will see it. And whoever does an atom's weight of evil will see it'}.

The divine instructions and teachings that ensure the protection of human rights (the rights of individuals and the rights of all members of society, including women, orphans, and children), outline the responsibilities of society towards orphans, the poor, and the needy, and establish the obligations and regulations that should be followed in people's dealings with one another, are all based on justice, kindness, equity, and the preservation of rights. Allah says, {'Indeed, Allah commands justice, grace, as well as generosity to close relatives. He forbids indecency, wickedness, and aggression. He instructs you so perhaps you will be mindful'}. He also says, {'Worship Allah and associate none with Him. And be kind to parents, relatives, orphans, the poor, near and distant neighbours, close friends, travellers, and those in your possession. Indeed, Allah does not like those who are conceited and boastful'}.

The Quranic bases and instructions for building the human and life

In the Holy Quran, there are bases, teachings, instructions, and details that Allah (Glory be to Him) has prescribed for His servants. They establish noble human society based on justice, goodness, love, mercy, cooperation, and solidarity, starting with the fundamental unit of society, the family. Indeed, instructions and teachings regarding the relationship between spouses, their responsibilities towards each other, paternal and maternal responsibilities, and the relationships between family members (such as children with their parents and siblings with each other) have been provided in precise details and based on divine principles and great values. The same applies to the rest of the relatives and to society as a whole. It also restored the status and human dignity of women, who were oppressed, devalued, despised, and deprived of their human worth during the Era of Ignorance. They were subjected to negative views, to the extent of committing the heinous crime of burying infant girls alive. However, Islam brought about a significant transformation, rescuing women from that dark reality and restoring their status as human beings within their inherent role and responsibilities and within their role within the framework of shared duties between believing men and women.

The Holy Quran solidifies in humans the faith in the value of their existence in this life, the sacred purpose behind it, and what distinguishes them from other animals. It also clarifies the sacred responsibilities associated with their existence and what qualifies them in wisdom and good morals and values to fulfil those responsibilities correctly. Furthermore, it clarifies the consequent results and effects of their actions in both the worldly life and the Hereafter. As Allah (Glory be to Him) said, {'Whoever does good, it is to their own benefit. And whoever does evil, it is to their own loss. Your Lord is never unjust to creation'}. The Quran also connects this with the destiny and future of the individual in the Hereafter. Conversely, false and dark ideologies drain humans of their sense of human dignity, pushing them to act solely on instinct without restraint or balance. Moreover, they strip humans of morals; lead them to recklessness, frivolity, licentiousness, and chaos; distance them from the teachings and light of Allah, and erode any sense of responsibility they might have and the sanctity of their mission. This is precisely what the ignorance of the time, led by the Zionist Jewish lobby and its followers, particularly the United States and Israel, does. They wage an open war against innate values and ethics, promote moral deviance and sexual obscenity, and openly seek to undermine the family and dismantle human society. They have falsely propagated that humans are descended from apes and strived to make humans’ relationship in their houses with dogs and cats stronger than their relationship with their own families. They now push individuals in European societies to live their lives like dogs, monkeys, and other animals, in the silliest farce, most regrettable absurdity, and worst disgrace to dignity. This is one of the most significant pieces of evidence that the Holy Quran, the divine message, and following the seal of the prophets and the inheritor of the messengers, Muhammad (PBUH&F), are the means to preserve the humanity, dignity, and esteem of human beings.

The Holy Quran is a comprehensive guidance scripture that encompasses the whole life with all its aspects till the Day of Judgment. It is the light by which the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH&F) guided people out of darkness. He sought to free them from the worship of idols, desires, and taghut, as well as from making a god of materialism and desires. He aimed to protect people from corruption, vices, obscenities, crimes, and all that degrade them and their human dignity. He worked to guide them away from disintegration and division, as well as from misguidance and loss. Within a short period of time, he achieved great success, leading the Arabs ahead from zero to the forefront of the world at that time, and he transformed their reality into an independent, strong, united, cooperative ummah that worships only Allah (the Almighty) and moves based on the divine principles that are distinguished with divine ethics and laws. However, the grave problem (unfortunately) that has negatively affected Muslims afterward, up till this era, is the neglect of the role of the Holy Quran in most historical stages and the deviation from emulating and following the Messenger (PBUH&F). The perspective shifted to limiting the relationship with the Holy Quran to seeking guidance from it and following the Messenger of Allah (PBUH&F) in limited areas, such as spirituality and religious rituals (with a narrow and limited vision), as well as certain rulings and Islamic matters related to people's dealings with one another. Nevertheless, they did not fully benefit from how the Messenger moved with the Holy Quran despite the fact that he did so in a dark, negative reality where darkness prevailed worldwide. Indeed, his movement with the light of the Holy Quran led to significant results and ensured him and his supporters the support and victory of Allah. Those responsible for fragmenting the Ummah's relationship with the Messenger and the Holy Quran in terms of adherence, guidance, and emulation, which has led to significant failure for the Ummah, are the unjust rulers, oppressive sultans, and evil scholars who supported them, as well as those who embraced the dark ideologies of the tyrannical and arrogant powers opposing Islam.

The Holy Quran contains the noblest foundations for civilizational development, where humans strive to build the earth and fulfil their role as vicegerents appointed by Allah (the Almighty). Within this framework of vicegerency, Allah has made available to them what is in the heavens and the earth. In addition, He has bestowed upon them His blessings, both apparent and hidden. Furthermore, He has provided them with instructions to deal with His blessings in a righteous and beneficial manner, protecting them from harm, corruption, and evil. These instructions also help them maintain their moral integrity, elevate themselves on the ladder of human progress and perfection, and build the Ummah to become strong, dignified, resilient, and capable of repelling evil and carrying the banner of jihad in the cause of Allah in accordance with His blessed teachings. All of this is for it to fulfil its sacred responsibilities in confronting evildoers, tyrants, oppressors, and criminals based on principles, values, ethics, and divine instructions rooted in truth, goodness, justice, and wisdom.

In the Holy Quran, there are foundational principles, valuable and wise instructions, and comprehensive guidance that govern the management of society based on divine principles, values, ethics, and legal regulations, as part of the sacred duties to implement the instructions of Allah (the Almighty), establish equity, and build life. And they protect society from individual and sectarian domination and tyranny, forbid injustice, and do not legitimize the oppressors. They also prevent despotism and reinforce the principle of consultation within the framework of adherence to the guidance of Allah (Glory be to Him), as He said, {'whose affairs are conducted by mutual consultation'}, and said, {'My covenant is not extended to the wrongdoers'}.

The Holy Quran has presented the correct concept of responsibility as a collective responsibility where roles are integrated: No one possesses absolute authority, and everyone is bound by the instructions of Allah (the Almighty) and the limits of responsibility. Furthermore, the Holy Quran has provided guidelines for organizing relationships and dealings with members of the human society on the basis of sound principles that distinguish between those who are peaceful and those who are hostile combatants,, even among the disbelievers: Allah (the Almighty) said, {'Allah does not forbid you from dealing kindly and fairly with those who have neither fought nor driven you out of your homes. Surely Allah loves those who are fair'}.

A call to the Islamic Ummah to fulfill its responsibility in protecting the human society

O our dear people! O our Islamic Ummah! The magnitude of darkness and the devilish dark aggression—led by the Zionist Jewish lobby, its followers in the disbelieving West, and those who follow in their footsteps—has reached a dangerous level in violating human dignity, spreading corruption on the earth, committing injustice, tyranny, and crime, and disregarding ethics. This includes their declaration of enmity towards Allah (the Almighty), His messengers, prophets, and scriptures, and their burning of the Quran, as well as their promotion of homosexuality and sexual immorality in an intensive campaign supported by the United Nations and its various institutions, international organizations, the United States, Israel, and European regimes in order to dismantle the human society, threaten its lineage, and destroy the family structure, in addition to their efforts to dilute humanity and strip it of all feelings of human dignity, as a despicable method that facilitates control and subjugation. In the face of this overt, dark, destructive aggression and the suffering experienced by people in the Islamic world and elsewhere (including injustice, deprivation, looting of resources, crisis engineering, and spread of corruption), the value of Islamic belonging and the inheritance of the divine message necessitate that Muslims play a distinguished role in moving according to the light of Allah (the Holy Quran), following the example of the Messenger of Allah ( PBUH&F), and confronting, through legitimate means, the forces of evil, tyranny, and corruption represented in the dark oppressive powers aligned with Shaytan.

Indeed, this is the honourable role and sacred responsibility of Muslims, as Allah (Glory be to Him) has stated, {'You are the best community ever raised for humanity—you encourage good, forbid evil, and believe in Allah. Had the People of the Book believed, it would have been better for them'}. This is the role that protects Muslims in the first place and enhances their global role in saving the rest of the peoples and nations. As the tentacles of evil represented in the Zionist Jewish lobby, America, Israel, and those who align with them have reached a point of exposure, scandal, and complete clarity regarding their wickedness, evil, and shameful corruption, this provides an opportunity, which the responsibility necessitates seizing, to enlighten our people and prepare them to fulfill their role in spreading the light of Allah to other peoples and human societies. Otherwise, neglecting this responsibility, turning away from the Holy Quran, and cutting off ties with the prophets of Allah, His messengers, and the seal of the prophets, Muhammad ibn Abdillah (PBUH&F), will lead to catastrophic consequences, terrifying risks, and grave outcomes. That is because this strengthens evil, paves the way for tyranny, and incurs the wrath of Allah and the dreadful punishments in this world and the Hereafter.

The first era of ignorance (pre-Islamic period) exemplified its darkness when people deviated from the guidance of Allah and His teachings and turned away from following His messengers and prophets, peace be upon them; instead, they embraced other thoughts and beliefs to govern their affairs and guide their actions and positions, contradicting the teachings of Allah, the Almighty. Even what remained of their connection to the teachings of Allah and His prophets became subject to distortion, fabrication, deviation, and fragmentation, leading them to the state they reached at that time. If it were not for the mercy of Allah (Almighty) in sending His final messenger and prophet, Muhammad (PBUH&F) and in revealing the Holy Quran as the eternal miracle, which Allah has safeguarded from any distortion in its text, as well as in the movement of the Prophet guided by the Holy Quran to lead people out of darkness into light, then misguidance would have prevailed over people to such an extent that they would have been left without a glimmer of light and without hope of salvation. O Ummah of Islam! Return to Allah and His light, to His book and His Messenger. The late comers of this Ummah will not be rectified except by what rectified its first generations.

Our dear people, Yemen of faith and wisdom, through their grand and unprecedented celebration of the birth anniversary of the seal of the prophets and the leader of messengers, the Messenger of Allah, Muhammad (PBUH&F), declare to the whole world their adherence to the divine message and their firm faith in the Holy Quran as a methodology and constitution and in the Messenger of Allah as a role model, exemplar, and leader. The path of radical change and reforming state institutions depends on the faith-based identity of our dear people and follows the light of Allah (the Almighty), His holy book, and the noble Messenger (PBUH&F).

The foundations and principles for the path of radical change, and the announcement of the first phase

Our dear people have endured significant suffering for decades, facing injustice, deprivation, and absence of a civilizational project due to the foreign conspiracies by the enemies and their allies within, in spite of being a noble nation that deserves goodness and has a deep historical civilization and a leading role in the eternal path of Islam since its dawn and throughout history. One of the goals of the aggression is to prevent any rectification that builds the country based on its faith-based identity and realizes its independence and freedom. The aggression has aimed to keep our country under external guardianship, bound by the seventh article, and submissive to the Gulf Initiative, which they substituted for the Yemeni constitution. Its provisions and decisions were placed above the Yemeni constitution, and under the pretext of unity, they feezed those constitutional provisions that were inconsistent with it.

Our dear people, there is no doubt that building a strong foundation requires a sound basis that unites all Yemenis, has their trust, enhances partnership among them, never seeks to only serve a specific group or party, and does not involve regionalism, partisanship, or racism. In light of the current circumstances our country is facing (where large parts of it are occupied and the enemies seek to tear apart the social fabric of our people, using all types of racial, sectarian, regionalist, and political banners, and aim to carve out parts of the country) and based on what we have said, what the Yemeni people believe in across our country (in the North and the South, the East and the West, and in all provinces) is the Holy Quran, which holds the utmost respect above all regulations and resolutions. It is the foundation upon which we rely in the path of radical change.

Secondly, we affirm our commitment to national partnership, the Islamic concept of consultation , the unity of the Yemeni people, and the general understanding of responsibility in which roles are integrated. We will not tolerate tyranny or individual, party-based, or sectarian authoritarianism.

Thirdly, the first phase of radical change involves restructuring the government, forming a competent administration that embodies national partnership. This phase entails reforming the bloated structure, changing sterile and obstructive mechanisms and procedures, correcting policies and work methods to serve the people's interests, and facilitating popular and official integration to work towards the country's advancement and address economic issues.

As part of the first phase of radical change, along with the restructuring of a competent government, we will work on rectifying the judiciary system, addressing imbalances and reinforcing it with qualified scholars who are knowledgeable about Islamic Shariah and specialized academics. Additionally, an effective path will be opened to resolve unresolved and stagnant cases, Allah willing.

Fourthly, I advise the coalition of aggression to end its aggression and siege and to stop depriving our people of their oil and gas resources, which are desperately needed for salaries, healthcare, education, humanitarian and service-related needs, and developmental aspects. I also advise the coalition of aggression to end the occupation and resolve the issues of the war, including the completion of prisoner exchanges and reconstruction. Otherwise, persisting in the continuation of the blockade, aggression, and occupation will have grave consequences on the coalition, as our beloved people possess elements of strength, the foremost of which is their reliance on Allah (the Almighty), their faith values, and their adherence to their just cause. This qualifies them for Allah's assistance in achieving victory and confronting the enemies. Therefore, the real interest of the coalition countries lies in responding to the peace efforts led by the Sultanate of Oman.

Fifthly, we affirm the steadfastness of our people in their commitment to the major issues of their Ummah, their condemnation of all forms of normalization with the Zionist enemy, and their principled, religious, and morality-driven support for the Palestinian people and their mujahidin, as well as all free people in the Ummah and the axis of resistance in the liberation of Palestine and its sacred sites, foremost among them the blessed Mosque of Al-Aqsa and Al-Quds.

Our dear people, the foundation of success, after the help of Allah, lies in you cooperation, understanding, and vigilance against the efforts of the enemies to obstruct constructive projects, as well as your caution against malicious detractors. We will, Allah willing, keep a close eye on that, through practical follow-up and speeches, until the completion of the first phase. We have taken care to present the most important aspects that unite us and that improve the situation, if met with understanding, interaction, and acceptance, out of sincere advice and definite keenness to serve our beloved people, seeking closeness to Allah. No matter what challenges, difficulties, trials, and temptations exist in reality, the right direction that benefits our people and provides them with the help and guidance of Allah is that mentioned in the authentic hadith by the Commander of the Believers, Ali ibn Abi Talib (PBUH), who said:

The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, ‘Verily, it will be a trial.' I said, 'So what is the way out of it, O Messenger of Allah?' He said, 'The Book of Allah, in it is the news of those who came before you, and the news of those who will come after you, and the judgments of what is between you. It is the decisive Book that is not a joke. Whoever abandons it, Allah will break him, and whoever seeks guidance from other than it, Allah will lead him astray. It is the firm rope of Allah, the wise reminder, and the straight path. It is that which desires do not deviate from, nor do tongues become confused by. Scholars do not get enough of it, nor do its wonders cease. Jinns did not hear it except that they said, "We have heard an amazing Quran." Whoever speaks the truth by it, he is truthful. Whoever judges by it, he is just. Whoever calls to it, he guides to a straight path.'

Certainly, the Messenger of Allah says nothing but truth.

I ask Allah (Glory be to Him) to grant you reward, success, blessings and rectify your affairs.

May Allah be a rewarder to all those who participated in the preparation for this blessed occasion.

Peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.
