President al-Mashat meets several scientific figures, ministers of the rescue government

Head of the Supreme Political Council, president Mahdi al-Mashat, met with several scientific figures and ministers of the National Salvation Government.

President met with the Mobilization Committee consisting of a group of scholars representing various Islamic doctrines in Yemen.

During the meeting, the president briefed on the efforts made by the Committee during the past five years in the framework of mobilization and field visits to various provinces to strengthen the internal front to confront the aggression.

President said that “it is the adherence to the faith identity that enabled the Yemeni people to achieve the victories that are counted to each citizen and not to a specific component or sect.”

He expressed his thanks for the scholars’ efforts and their role in inner unity, which is an essential element of the culture and faith identity.

As well as president Mahdi al-Mashat met with Deputy Prime Minister for Defense and Security Affairs, Jalal al-Ruwaishan, they discussed plans of defense and interior ministries for the year 2020.

The President also met with Minister of Local Administration Ali Bin Ali al-Qaisi, they briefed the executive measures taken by the Ministry of Local Administration to implement service projects and support operational expenses for units of the local authority.
