Ministry of Human Rights condemns aggression’s crime in al-Raqu public Market

The Ministry of Human Rights condemned the crime of targeting the al-Raqu Market by aggression’s artillery forces in the district of Munabih in Sa’ada governorate, which resulted in the death of 17 people, including 12 African immigrants, and the injury of others.

In a statement, the Ministry considered this crime, which adds to the crimes of the heinous aggression coalition, as a clear challenge to the principles of protecting human rights.

“Returning to the principles of human rights and all international resolutions and agreements that existed to protect human beings from violations and war crimes, we find an international silence applied to the violations of the aggression alliance publicly those principles, agreements, and decisions since the first day of the aggression on March 26, 2015,” the statement added.

The Ministry of Human Rights also called on the Human Rights Organization, the United Nations and the international community to take a serious stand that would end the futility of the aggression countries and hold the perpetrators of this crime and its predecessors accountable.

As it expressed regret for the continued silence of the international community regarding the crimes of aggression against humanity in Yemen, calling for intervention to stop these crimes and violations that affected all aspects of life in Yemen.
