Al-Mughals: The assassination of Soleimani and al-Muhandis is a criminal act

The deputy director of the Republic’s Presidency Office, Salim al-Mughals, considered the assassination of the commander of the Quds Force, Qassem Soleimani, and the deputy head of the Popular Mobilization Authority, Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis, in Baghdad as a criminal act.

Al-Mughals said in a statement that America’s persistence in penetrating the sovereignty of Iraqi lands to launch its criminal operations against official Iraqi leaders and their guests from the Iranian leaders makes the axis of resistance one option in the form of more cohesion and movement toward the American and Zionist threat.

He added, “the fate and the cause are the same and the enemy is one regardless of the time and place of the battle.” Noting that this persistence in the aggression against Iraq is only one of the results of leniency and acceptance of America’s role in Iraq.

He pointed out that the aggression of America directly reveals the weakness or the end of its tools that were dependent on such as ISIS.

Al-Mughals confirmed, “despite the size of the pain by the nation due to the martyrdom of Qassem Soleimani and Abu Mahdi Al-Muhandis, we see their blood in front of our eyes crossing a path for near victory and cleansing Iraq of the American presence and eliminating the American Zionist influence in the region.”
