Health Ministry: We checked two suspected cases of Coronavirus, they are free of it

The Ministry of Public Health and Population and the Joint Technical Committee to prepare for confronting Coronavirus confirmed that the measures taken by Yemen are precautionary and proactive to preserve Yemen’s from the virus that has reached more than 186 countries.

The spokesman of the committee, Dr. Abdulhakim Al-Kahlani, told the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) that the National Center for Public Health Laboratories conducted two tests today on two suspected cases of Coronavirus for citizens one from governorate who had traveled from Saudi Arabia and the other from Ma’rib governorate entered a hospital in Dhamar governorate.

He stressed that the results of the two tests showed that they are free of Coronavirus, pointing to the commitment of the Ministry and the Committee to transparency in dealing with any suspected case of this virus.
