Sa’ada governor condemns detention of oil vessels by the Saudi-led aggression
Saada Governor Mohammed Jaber Awad condemned on Saturday detention of oil derivatives vessels by the Saudi-led aggression coalition, the tightening of blockade and worsening of economic conditions.
In a statement, Governor Awad considered that the detention of the aggression against oil derivative ships is a war crime, pointing to the implications of this on the health and humanitarian situation, especially with the Corona epidemic.
He denounced the silence of the international community towards this crime, calling on the United Nations and the Security Council to play their role in accordance with international covenants, treaties and laws and end the siege and detention of ships that will leave a humanitarian catastrophe that the aggression will bear and the United Nations will bear its consequences.
