Al-Jumhori Hospital Authority: the detention of oil ships is a death sentence for the sons of Yemen
Al-Jumhori Hospital Authority in Hajjah province condemned the Saudi-led aggression’s continued detention of oil derivative ships.
The Authority denounced in a statement that the silence of the United Nations and international human rights and humanitarian organizations towards the suffering of the Yemeni people, especially in light of the outbreak of the Coronavirus pandemic.
The statement considered detention of oil ships a death sentence for hundreds of thousands of patients, women, and children.
It added the prevention of the entry of petroleum ships has catastrophic consequences for the health sector and various service sectors that aggression states bear the responsibility, stressing the need for oil derivatives to continue operating in various sectors.
The statement called on the United Nations and the international community to assume their responsibilities and do their duty to stop the arbitrary practices of the aggression coalition countries and the speed of release and allow entry to all ships loaded with oil derivatives.
