Judicial Council approves establishment of the court, procuratorate in al-Jawf

The Supreme Judicial Council on Monday approved the establishment of a court and a prosecution office in al-Jawf province and the formation of primary courts in the province’s districts by the law.

During its meeting headed by Judge Ahmed Yahya al-Mutawakkil, the Council also approved the dismissal of a judge and the transfer of several judges and members of the Public Prosecution to work in some courts and procuratorates according to need and based on the nominations submitted by the Attorney General and Head of the Judicial Inspection Authority.

The meeting reviewed the results of the field visit of the Council’s head along with the Justice Minister to al-Jawf province to inspect the judicial conditions in the province.
