Russian agency reveals arrival of Zionists on Socotra after Emirati normalization with Israeli

Russian media revealed the suspicious movements of the Israeli enemy in the areas under occupation, southern Yemen.

The Russian “Sputnik” agency quoted a report based on unnamed sources, that the Israeli enemy and the UAE are planning to establish bases for intelligence gathering on the island of Socotra overlooking the Bab al-Mandab strait.

The agency indicated that a joint Israeli-Emirati delegation arrived on the island “recently” to examine the possible locations of the bases.

According to reports, two sites have been selected for a planned base, the first in the Maumee region, east of the island, for the Jamgua district, and the second in the west for the Katanan district.

The reports explained that the purpose of the bases is to collect information across the Gulf, especially from Bab al-Mandab and southern Yemen, as well as the Gulf of Aden and the Horn of Africa.

A report quoted an unnamed high-ranking Eritrean source as saying that in 2016 the Israeli enemy began building the largest base for intelligence gathering on Mount Ambassaira in Eritrea, with the aim of supporting the Saudi-led aggression coalition in Yemen.

The report pointed out that the Israeli observation posts monitor the actions of the Yemeni forces affiliated with Sana’a and examine the maritime and air traffic in the southern region of the Red Sea.
