Taiz Industry Office puts a number of merchants on the blacklist

For the second day in a row, the Industry and Trade Office in Taiz governorate continues the comprehensive field campaign to control prices and traders who tamper with food and consumer goods, headed by the Director-General of the Industrial and Trade Bureau in the governorate, Abdul Hadi Radman.

The committee started its field visit to several shops at Mawiyah and Dhikra in Al-Taiziyah district, inspecting finished food, ensuring compliance with the official pricing.

The committee was able to seize many expired foodstuffs and various unidentified juices and seized some traders violating the official pricing.

The seizures referred to legal procedures, and some violating stores were closed.

The Director-General of the Governorate’s Industry and Trade Bureau, Abdul Hadi Radman, indicated that 600 cartons of foreign juices were seized in violation of the specifications, and 1700 cartons of malt beverage in violation of the specifications.
