Palestinian prisoner dies inside Zionist enemy’s prison
A Palestinian prisoner held in Israeli occupation jails died on Thursday of yet unclear circumstances, The Palestinian Prisoners Club said in a statement.
According to the statement, Maher Deed Saasa, 45, a father of six children from the northern West Bank city of Qalqilya, has died in prison.
It added that Saasa, who has been in prison since 2006 and serving a 25-year prison sentence, received yesterday a coronavirus shot and was suffering from several chronic illnesses.
The statement held the Israeli occupation responsible for his death, just as for the life and well being of all Palestinian prisoners in its jails, Saasa’s issue will be followed on to find out the reason for his death.
