March in Canada calls for ending Saudi war on Yemen
The Canadian ‘Mao Peace’ Organization held on Friday a solidarity march to mark the passage of six years of steadfastness in the face of the US-Saudi aggression on Yemen.
The participants in the march affirmed that they stand by the Yemeni people against the aggression launched by Saudi Arabia and the Emirates, and condemned the persistence of the United States of America, Canada, Germany, France, Italy and the rest of the countries in providing military, logistical and intelligence support to those two countries and continuing to sell weapons to them.
They denounced the attacks on civilians, besieging and punishing an entire people by closing airports and ports, blockade and piracy on commercial and food ships.
Dozens of Yemeni community members and Canadian political activists raised the Yemeni flag in their cars, and posters and slogans demanding an end to the war on Yemen and an end to arms deals to Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
