Sare’e Warns Saudi Regime: “You will be surprised by more strikes this year”
Yemeni Armed Forces spokesman Brigadier General Yahya Sare’e confirmed that the seventh year of US-Saudi aggression will witness the announcement of new missile systems.
“The National Day of Steadfastness Operation will only be the inauguration of the seventh year, if the aggression does not stop and the siege is not lifted,” Sare’e said in an interview with Al-Masirah TV on Saturday evening
“Had it not been for the September 21 revolution, the US would have been able to destroy what remained of Yemen’s ballistic missiles,” Sare’e added, revealing that the US was planning to transport the ballistic missile batteries to the south in order to destroy them there.
He pointed out that Yemen today ranks first at the level of the Arabian Peninsula in terms of the quality and range of the home-made missiles it possesses.
“There is no comparison between the Yemeni missile force before the aggression and today,” he added.
Brigadier General Saree emphasized that “the Yemeni missile force now possesses great and advanced expertise and is now working on developing each system separately,” noting that the seventh year will witness the announcement of new missile systems, some of these undisclosed systems have been tested at home and in the depths of Saudi Arabia.
Regarding the siege, Sare’e said the blockade is one of the means of aggression, it cannot be justified by the allegations of preventing the arrival of weapons.
“The siege has absolutely nothing to do with targeting the armed forces, but rather targeting the people to subjugate them, as is the case with a military attack.”
He stressed that “the blockade is a hostile military action that the armed forces deal with on this basis,” he added. “We are awaiting the leadership’s directives in this regard.”
Regarding the Air Force, Brigadier General Sare’e said that Yemeni Air Force was “built from scratch and was able to deter the enemy and destroy its bases.
“We did not stop at the manufacture of drones in the traditional sense. Now we have several systems, in each system there are several generations,” the spokesman said.
He revealed that the Armed Forces are working to increase the strategic reserve of the Air Force, with ranges that are able to carry out operations along the length and breadth of the enemy’s geography and beyond.
“We have repeatedly emphasized that our operations target the countries of aggression only, whether on land or at sea, and we have not targeted any other targets,” Sare’e added. “Our operations come within the framework of a legitimate response.”
Brigadier General Yahya Sare’e warned Saudi regime with strong and painful strikes that it has not experienced before, if it doesn’t stop its aggression and siege.
“The seventh year will be the year of surprises for military operations,” he added. “We tell the countries of aggression that what we have made in six years will double within one year.”
The Armed Forces spokesman concluded his intervention by saying: “Stop the aggression and lift the siege, and our operations will stop immediately and directly.”
