Al-Houthi: “Al-Azhar has to condemn the US-Saudi aggression, siege on Yemen”

Member of the Supreme Political Council, Mohammed Ali Al-Houthi, called on the Al-Azhar Center in Egypt to condemn the siege imposed by the Saudi-led on the Yemeni people.

Al-Houthi said on his account on Twitter that “Al-Azhar has to condemn the US-British-Saudi-Emirati aggression and siege on Yemen as it did to denounce propaganda that claims that Sanaa authorities preventing Tarawih prayer in Yemen”.

Al-Azhar had been led by the coalition media outlets’ propaganda that the authority in Sanaa prevented the holding of Tarawih prayers in mosques by force of arms, which caused mockery among activists on social media due to Al-Azhar’s statement to condemn the propaganda.
