Sayyed Al-Houthi: Our revival of Ashura is an expression of our loyalty to the master of martyrs and belief in his attitude and his just cause

Leader Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi said that our people’s revival of this painful memory is one of the expressions of our loyalty to the master of martyrs, Imam Hussein, and an expression of faith in his true attitude and his just and holy cause, which is the continuity of Islam.He added that it is also an expression of what Hussein, peace be upon him, means to us in his attitude in guidance, leadership, and example,his faith and standing in the way of God and in his movement.

During his speech on the anniversary of the martyrdom of Imam Hussein, peace be upon him, 1443 AH, the Leader explained that Imam Hussein moved at a sensitive stage and a historical turning point that poses a danger to the Islamic nation, not only to its present at that time, but also to its future until the coming of the hour.

He emphasized that the truth is the fortress of the nation to prevent and protect it from falsehood in all its dangerous extensions of injustice, evil and corruption, and that the nation’s survival depends on its adherence to the truth.
