President Al-Mashat congratulates the President of the Republic of Tajikistan

His Excellency Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat, Chairman of the Supreme Political Council, sent a congratulatory message to the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahman, on the occasion of his country’s National Day.
