PM: Investment is the future of Yemen, an important tributary to the national economy
The Prime Minister, Dr. Abdulaziz Saleh bin Habtoor, on Wednesday stressed the importance of investment and attracting national and foreign capital for the future of Yemen, as an important tributary to the national economy.
This came during his meeting in Sanaa with Deputy Prime Minister for Security and Defense Affairs Lieutenant-General Jalal Al-Rowaishan, Minister of Technical Education and Vocational Training Ghazi Ahmed Ali, President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the Capital Municipality Hassan Al-Kbous, and a number of members of the Chamber’s Board of Directors.
In the meeting, Dr. Bin Habtoor pointed to the need to strengthen and develop factors for stabilizing commercial activity, calling on the competent authorities to address the problems that affect the effort of this vital sector.
During the meeting, mechanisms for activating and developing economic activity were discussed, as well as the constitutional and legal rules regulating the relationship between the private and public sectors.
