1,100 Km2 Liberated during “Victory Spring 2” Operation in Marib Governorate (Completed)

On Tuesday, the official spokesman of the Armed Forces, Brigadier General Yahya Saree, announced the details of the results of the second phase of the operation . He explained that our armed forces continued to advance towards the districts of Juba and Murad Mount from several paths, and during the implementation of the operation, our mercenary forces incurred the agents of foreign aggression heavy losses, especially those who insisted on fighting, but those who left the fight, our forces allowed them to leave.

He pointed out that the warplanes of the aggression intervened in the battle, and despite the intensity of the air raids, they did not stop the progress of our forces, as the number of raids by the aggression’s aircraft reached 159, most of these raids targeted Al-Juba district in addition to Rahba and Harib districts.

He explained that our air defenses succeeded, with the help of God Almighty, in carrying out 86 repelling operations, stressing that the continuation of foreign aggression against our country through air raids will not deter us from completing the liberation of our country and defeating the aggression and occupation.

Brigadier General Sare’e confirmed that the armed forces managed to liberate the districts of Al-Juba and Murad Mouny in Marib governorate with a total area of ​​1,100 km2, explaining that with the liberation of these areas, the armed forces, with the help of God Almighty, have liberated all districts of Marib governorate except for the valley and the city of Marib.

He added that our armed forces, during the last period, succeeded with God’s help in liberating most of the areas of Marib governorate, and that they continue to perform their jihadi duty towards the people and the country and will not hesitate to move forward towards liberating the rest of the governorate.

“As soon as the liberation and clearance of Al-Juba and Murad Moun were liberated, the local authority and the security services had started their tasks in normalizing life and achieving security and stability for citizens,” said Brigadier General Saree, adding that the rest of the competent authorities, and in implementation of the issued directives, rushed to perform their tasks in the liberated areas.

Brigadier-General Saree pointed out that thr operation in its second phase led to hundreds of mercenaries of aggression being killed or injured.More than 200 mercenaries were killed and more than 550 others were wounded, and our forces also seized quantities of medium and light weapons.

The role of strategic weapons

Brigadier Saree added that during the second phase of the operation, the missile force carried out 47 operations targeting the enemy, including 31 operations targeting enemy positions in the occupied areas inside Yemen, and 16 operations targeting the depth of the Saudi enemy.

He pointed out that the drone air force carried out 141 operations targeting the enemy, including 128 operations targeting the enemy in the occupied areas, and 13 operations targeting the enemy in the Saudi depth. He stressed that the operations of the missile force, as well as the air force, targeted the gatherings and camps of the enemy in the occupied areas, as well as military installations and bases belonging to the Saudi enemy, explaining that some of them were operations that were not announced.

Brigadier Saree confirmed that our forces, during the specified period and according to the operational plan, have made great progress in al_ Juba district to reach its center, and our forces have taken all necessary measures to preserve the lives of citizens in the district center and in other villages and regions.

Brigadier Saree indicated that the armed forces, in implementation of the leadership’s directives, continue to give other tracks, including social, an opportunity to work towards achieving the goals in liberating the areas from which foreign aggression agents of mercenaries and traitors withdraw. In the social track, theu played a major role in liberating more areas in the governorate of Marib.

He pointed out that the armed forces proudly record the prominent role of sheikhs of Marib and its heroic liberators for their great role in liberating and securing their areas. An honorable position in their bias towards their country and people against the invaders and occupiers of the agents of Washington and Tel Aviv.

He also stressed that the continuation of mercenaries, traitors and agents in their positions will push the armed forces to take appropriate measures in the context of defending the people and the country. He added that the armed forces, which are on the outskirts of the city of Marib from several sides, renew their assurance to the citizens of the city of Marib that they continue to perform their duties towards them and towards them. All the people of Yemen are all of our country, which we liberate today, and our homeland, for which we achieve independence today,
in order for all of us to live on its free and dear land.

“The mercenaries, agents and traitors have become accustomed to humiliation, submission and living under the feet of the invaders, and therefore their fate will not be better than the fate of all mercenaries in all countries and in all stages of history.He pointed out that those who make the future of Yemen are the ones who make today the epics of freedom and dignity, and those who control with their sacrifices, these victories.

He pointed out that every new victory achieved by the armed forces, thanks to God Almighty, is a victory for the pure blood of the martyrs, the martyrs of Yemen.
