The Ministry of Energy of the Israeli enemy announced the final approval to transfer the rights of the Israeli company “Delek Kedohim” in the gas fields “Tamar” and “Dalit” in the occupied territories to two subsidiaries of “Mubadala Petroleum” in Abu Dhabi, at a value of one billion and 25 million dollars.

The Israeli “Kepa” website reported that the rights transfer was completed, after the terms related to the deal were completed, and it was approved by the Petroleum Affairs Commissioner and registered in the petroleum book in accordance with the law.

The Israeli company Delek Kedohim has so far owned 22% of Tamar and Dalit, with a request to transfer 11% of the two properties together to each of the two companies.

The request for a transfer of rights also includes a request for approval of an option for a subsequent transaction, which involves the transfer of 100% of the shares of a company.

This step comes in light of the treason agreement concluded by the UAE with the entity of the Zionist enemy, at a time when the siege of the Gaza Strip and the procedures for Judaizing Al-Quds and its neighborhoods and obliterating everything related to Arabs and Muslims in it continue.
