The Director of the Oil Company, Ammar Al-Adrai, confirmed today, Sunday, that the solution to the fuel crisis is to stop the American piracy and allow the ships to flow to the port of Hodeidah.
In a statement to Al Masirah TV, Al-Adhra’i explained that the oil company is facing the fuel crisis with an emergency plan and legalization of the exchange of oil derivatives to citizens.. He confirmed the presence of 3 diesel ships detained off the coast of Jizan, and they were subjected to the verification and inspection mechanism in Djibouti and obtained UN permits.
He pointed out that the adjustment in the selling prices of fuel is due to the change in the price of the global stock market, exchange rates and delay fines resulting from the detention of ships. He explained that the oil derivatives crisis is in all of Yemen’s geography, whether in the occupied or free areas.
He reiterated that the port of Hodeidah is the artery of Yemen, and there is no solution to the oil derivatives crisis except through it..He pointed out that the breakthrough that comes from the occupied governorates is limited and the locomotives travel long distances and are subject to being cut off on the road and illegal levies.
