Yemeni official: The aggression coalition imposes a series of measures on traders to prevent the import of oil derivatives

The spokesman for the Oil Company, Issam Al-Mutawakil, explained today, Sunday, that the US-Saudi-Emirati aggression coalition imposed a series of measures and obstacles on traders to try to prevent the import of oil derivatives.

Essam Al-Mutawakil confirmed to Al Masirah TV that two petrol ships and two diesel ships arrived today at the port of Hodeidah, while a diesel ship is still detained there.

He renewed the call to stop the distillation process in the entry and detention of fuel ships without any justification, explaining that the continued piracy of the aggression on fuel ships, especially in light of the temporary truce, aims to inflict greater losses on the people and increase their suffering.

Al-Mutawakel said: If the oil ships entered smoothly and without any piracy by the coalition of aggression, there would be no fuel crisis, explaining that the recent fuel crisis revealed the allegations of the UN representative regarding the smooth entry of fuel ships.

He stressed that the coalition of aggression was forced to enter the fuel ships after they tried to deny the ships’ seizure. He added that the countries of aggression used mercenaries as a pretext of the siege.

He stressed that the United Nations should deal impartially with the Yemeni file instead of colluding with the countries of aggression.
