Today, Friday, a citizen was killed as a result of the explosion of a cluster bomb from the remnants of the US-Saudi aggression in Khub Al-Sha`af district, Al-Jawf governorate.
Yesterday, Thursday, two citizens were killed in Al-Matoun district as a result of the explosion of a cluster bomb left over from the air strikes on the governorate.
The Executive Center for Mine Action attributed the continuing civilian casualties to the failure to provide mine-detection devices for the Executive Center to save the lives of thousands of civilians, which it considered an extension of the war on civilians in Yemen.
The center stressed that the absence of the detectors puts the United Nations and humanitarian organizations to the test in not clarifying that the aggression is obstructing the detectors that will contribute to saving civilians in Yemen by clearing areas contaminated with the remnants of war.
