A mass withdrawal of merchants from Aden

A number of shops and restaurants in Sheikh Othman in the occupied Aden governorate recently closed their doors because of the financial levies paid by merchants and shop owners and restaurants to a number of mercenary leaders in the governorate.

The media quoted a number of merchants as saying that they had to close their shops due to the inability to pay those they called “authority officials, in Aden, noting that they had to transfer their commercial activity to other areas outside the governorate due to the increase in the number of levies.”

They stated that a number of shops that closed their doors, several restaurants in the city.
