Human rights sources stated that the Saudi authorities deported 6,000 Yemeni expatriates within one week under the pretext of violating residency in the framework of its economic war against the Yemeni people at home and abroad and stifling them in their livelihood and source of income.

The sources indicated that the Saudi authorities carried out extensive security campaigns, which resulted in the deportation of 6,000 Yemeni expatriates within a week, from December 29, 2022 to January 4, 2023.

The jurists accused the Saudi regime of repressive and immoral practices practiced against Yemeni expatriates by clamping down on them, especially as the country is witnessing the worst humanitarian crisis in the world as a result of the continuation of the aggression and siege for 8 years.
