Defense Minister: The enemies miscalculated by assassinating President Al-Samad

Today, Saturday, the Minister of Defense, Major General Muhammad Nasser Al-Atefi, explained that the enemies wanted to assassinate the martyr President Saleh Al-Sammad, creating a state of severe confusion on the political and military fronts, but their calculations were wrong because of the wisdom of the Leader and the awareness of the people.

Major General Al-Atifi indicated in a statement to Al-Masirah that the martyr President Al-Samad laid the first building blocks for reformulating the doctrine of the armed forces based on the Holy Qur’an and building it on correct national foundations that serve the Yemeni people.

Major General Al-Atifi said: We did not see a difference in the personality of the martyr President before or after his assumption of the presidency. He was an example of humility and good leadership, sacrificing his life in upholding the word of God and serving his people.
