3,000 Days of Aggression, Conspiracies, Occupation, and Plundering of Wealth

After 3,000 days since the beginning of the aggression against Yemen, the true motives behind it have become clear. The coalition of aggressors, consisting of Zionist, American, British, Saudi, and Emirati forces, did not intervene to restore legitimacy as they claim. Rather, their objective was to destroy Yemen’s military capabilities and economic infrastructure while occupying and looting its natural resources, including oil, gas, maritime, and heritage wealth. The aggression aimed to sow discord and chaos, not bring peace and stability.

Throughout these 3,000 days, the coalition of aggressors committed horrific crimes against Yemeni civilians, women, and children, using a wide range of weapons and bombs, including cluster, phosphorus, germ, and gas bombs, and even biological weapons. With more than half a million raids and shells launched, the aggression destroyed hundreds of facilities, bridges, roads, power stations, water pumps, hospitals, schools, universities, mosques, markets, and mourning councils, targeting everything essential to life in Yemen.

Since the first day of the aggression, the coalition has been implementing conspiratorial schemes and pursuing malicious objectives, including weakening and disintegrating Yemen’s army, stripping Yemenis of their sovereignty and independence, and dividing the country by force. Furthermore, they sought to loot Yemen’s natural resources, occupy its ports and islands, and target Yemeni identity, dignity, values, ethics, and principles.

As we mark the 3,000th day of this aggression, the statistics are catastrophic, with tens of thousands of innocent Yemenis killed and injured, including women and children. Despite these atrocities, the United Nations and its organizations have remained silent and even complicit in the war crimes and killings, revealing their inhumanity and bias towards the aggressors. According to a statistic from the Human Rights Center, the number of martyrs and wounded civilians as a result of the aggression against Yemen has reached 48,841 during 3,000 days, including 18,206 citizens, including 4,096 children and 2,461 women.

The human rights report further revealed that the number of destroyed and damaged houses due to the aggression has exceeded 607,000. The number of targeted mosques reached 1,750, while the number of damaged schools was 1,272. In addition, the aggression targeted around 1,500 universities, tourist facilities, hospitals, health centers, sports facilities, media outlets, and archaeological sites. The aggression also targeted 15 airports, 16 ports, 2,112 government facilities, 619 communication networks and stations, 349 power plants and generators, and thousands of roads and bridges.

Furthermore, the aggression resulted in the destruction and damage to 411 factories, 707 markets, 429 fuel stations, 392 fuel carriers, 485 fishing boats, and the targeting of 12,335 commercial facilities, 1,066 food trucks, 1,032 food stores, 10,445 transportation vehicles, 470 poultry and livestock farms.

In conclusion, the past 3,000 days of aggression and blockade have revealed many facts and exposed the conspiracies and true objectives of the savage aggressors. They attempted to conceal their true motives behind paid mercenaries and a massive propaganda machine that peddled fake news and false claims. However, Yemeni people’s awareness and resilience prevailed, and they exposed the lies of the criminal aggressors.
