Parliament deplores US ambassador’s movements in occupied Yemeni territories
The Parliament, in its session held Monday, headed by Deputy Speaker Abdulsalam Hashwal, denounced the repeated visits of the American ambassador and the suspicious meetings he is conducting with mercenary leaders in the occupied Yemeni provinces.
The Parliament indicated that these visits aim to pass the economic war plan, which is being waged by the US-Saudi aggression coalition against Yemen, including the continuation of the looting of oil wealth to deprive the Yemeni people of benefiting from it, in addition to tampering with the security situation in the occupied provinces via chaos, terrorizing citizens and disturbing public tranquility, looting, kidnappings, and killings of passers-by and travelers.
The Parliament warned the mercenary leaders against passing these plans, calling on them to revise their narrow calculations and give priority to the interests of the country and the citizen. It held them fully responsible for neglecting national sovereignty, violating the constitution, national values, and national constants, and leaving the national ranks.
