Social media activists circulated information stating that a new group of Yemeni artifacts was smuggled to the Zionist entity, and preparations are underway to hold a public auction to sell these artifacts in Tel Aviv on the second of next October.
The researcher Abdullah Mohsen, who specializes in tracking and monitoring Yemeni antiquities, mentioned this on his personal Facebook page, and revealed that the exhibits include many rare artifacts from Yemen, including a bronze plate depicting two faces of two handsome young men.
The details of the exhibits or their source have not yet been announced. However, the word “SHM” can be read clearly at the bottom of the painting offered for sale, which indicates the authenticity of the Yemeni artifact.
This case comes among the thousands of cases in which Yemeni historical antiquities appeared, displayed in American and British museums and in many European countries.
This is due to the international exploitation of the state of war and siege on Yemen, as well as the complicity of the mercenaries of aggression and their direct participation in the sale of Yemeni antiquities and history after they had sold sovereignty and dignity at a low price.
