The Supreme Committee for Celebrations approves the government plan to commemorate the martyr’s anniversary

The Supreme Committee for Religious Celebrations and Events, in its meeting today, Monday, headed by caretaker Prime Minister Mr. Abdulaziz Saleh bin Habtoor, approved the government’s draft plan to commemorate the martyr’s anniversary in 1445 AD.

The meeting drafted the plan that aims to mobilize official and popular efforts to support and care for the families of the martyrs as a humanitarian, moral, and religious duty, and to highlight the value of the impact of jihad and the importance of sacrifices for the sake of God and martyrdom in achieving victory and empowerment, repelling major dangers from the nation, and protecting its sanctities.

The meeting participated, and reviewed the tasks and activities that it included.

The plan approved and scheduled to be implemented by the various public service units at the central and local levels is preliminary and during the anniversary of the martyr.
