74th Day of Brutality: Israeli Occupation Forces Continue Genocide in Gaza Strip
In a devastating display of aggression, the Israeli occupation forces persist in their atrocious assault on the Gaza Strip for the 74th consecutive day. Launching numerous air strikes and artillery shelling, unleashing a barrage of fire and orchestrating horrendous massacres against innocent civilians, these forces are shamelessly executing a genocidal campaign. This relentless oppression is exacerbating the catastrophic humanitarian crisis in the region, resulting from the prolonged siege and displacement of over 90% of Gaza’s population.
According to the Palestinian Information Center, the occupation aircraft and artillery rained down upon various parts of the Gaza Strip on Tuesday, targeting homes, gatherings, and shelter centers. A house belonging to the Shaheen family near the Al-Awda roundabout in Al-Bureij camp was hit, claiming the lives of two individuals and leaving several injured.
Tragically, the occupation forces committed yet another massacre in Rafah, killing 25 martyrs, including acclaimed journalist Adel Zorob, as well as several children and women. This horrific act of violence was carried out through the bombing of three homes belonging to the Zorob and Attiya families in Rafah.
Sources from Rafah reported that the occupation forces bombed a house for the Zorob family, resulting in the deaths of 14 citizens, a house for the Attiya family, leading to the deaths of eight citizens, and a house for the Abdel-Al family, claiming the lives of three citizens. Among the martyrs, mourned the Palestinian Information Center, was veteran journalist Adel Zourub, bringing the total number of journalist martyrs to a heartbreakin.

Inside these incursion zones, horrific crimes are being committed by the occupation forces. They are raiding, looting, and demolishing homes and facilities, leaving thousands of citizens trapped and deprived of food, water, and healthcare services. Injuries and martyrs are accumulating within homes and on the streets, while medical teams struggle to retrieve them. In a show of complete disregard for human rights, the occupation forces are also arbitrarily arresting citizens, subjecting them to widespread harassment.
In a distressing development, the Al-Awda Health and Community Association revealed that on Monday, Israeli occupation forces detained five employees of Al-Awda Hospital – Tal Al-Zaatar in the northern Gaza Strip. Furthermore, they also arrested one patient and one companion, still holding Dr. Ahmed Muhanna, the hospital director, in captivity.
The Israeli occupation’s merciless aggression against the Gaza Strip has persisted for an unfathomable 74 days, employing air, land, and sea attacks. This has resulted in the deaths of approximately 19,000 citizens and over 52,000 injuries, with 70% of the victims being women and children.
